Eridan rolled his eyes at him and went to the locked under the couch to grab out two maps of the area. He spread them out on the table, and stepped back for Dave to see.

Dave watched them for a moment, humming in thought, and pointed at a chain of smaller islands nearby. "How about here?"

Eridan studied the smaller islands for a second before movie to grab a thick waterproof book that he'd bought from the coastguard when he first moved to the area. It was the official sea map, with markers and stuff. He used it more for reference than anything else. "It's got a reef on the in sea side, and there's enough vegetation on the islands to explore. Plus they're close enough together we could probably walk from one to the other at low tide?"

"Sweet. Let's do that." He couldn't wait to take pictures. When do you want to go? Tomorrow morning?"

"Nine it is then." He smiled at the kisses, gently taking a hold of his chin once he was done and tilting Dave's head up for a kiss.

Dave made a definitely pleased sound, and returned the soft kiss. That strikes him as too cool of as gesture for Eridan, for some reason, but its not like he's complaining. It's pretty nice.

He moved his hand to cup his cheek, smiling a little as he pulled back from the kiss to press one to his forehead. It was getting much darker out now, and he wondered idly as he kissed Dave's cheek this time at what time it is.

Dave hugged him with a satisfied hum, and kisses along his chest and shoulders lazily, leaving little marks here and there.

Eridan leaned against him a little, nosing at his temple and pressing a kiss there. "Do you wanna go out again, or do you wanna go back to bed and cuddle?" He closed his eyes, nuzzling him gently.

"Cuddles sound pretty good right about now." He pressed soft affectionate kisses to his jaw, and smiled. "But an ironically romantic walk on the beach also sounds pretty sweet."

"You just wanna see me glowing again don't you." He teased. The moon was full enough to provide them with some good light for a walk, so he supposed they could do it. And then cuddle after. "C'mon then. Lets go."

"Maybe. Probably." He teased back, and kissed his cheek before tugging him by his hand towards the dinghy.

"Knew it." He said fondly, rolling his eyes and following along behind him to the dinghy. He started the motor once Dave was beside him, and cast off from Sabriel to head to the beach.

Dave leaned against his chest through the trip, not seeming to be able to stop the cuddle fest. He spent the whole trip smothering him in kisses.

If Eridan wasn't so good a skipper he wouldn't've been able to have all these kisses, but he was, so he did, and soon they were parked up on the beach and he was pulling Dave close to kiss him properly.

Eridan was reluctant to break free from the kisses, but they came here to stroll leisurely instead of cuddle in bed so they're going to take a walk.

He smiles and squeezes his hand, falling into step and before long started to glow faintly. The moonlight was clear enough that they could see where they were walking, and the soft violet glow from Eridan contrasted nicely.

He looked around with a pleased sigh, watching the waves for a moment before he noticed Eridan's glow. By then, he kissed the back of his hand. "You look amazing."
