He just smiled, hands moving to cup his cheeks as he kissed him soundly. "I love you. Even when you're a dork and when you worry over me." He smiled, kissing him again. "You look so adorable, all worked up over nothing."

He leaned against one of his hands, smiling wide as he kisses back. "I love you even when you bail on me on an argument or when you're a bigger dork." He gets a bit flustered at the last bit, and nudges him with his forehead. "Youre always adorable. Specially when you're relaxed and happy."

He laughed softly, nosing at his jaw and kissing his cheek. "I love that you get worked up over me not caring. You care, I love you for that." He presses their foreheads together, feeling a little sappy. "Yeah but you look real cute when you're being adorable. You smile wider too."

Dave is definitely getting the sappy vibes now. Too bad that it is contagious. "Of course I care, its you. You're very important." He tugs Eridan a little closer, and trails kisses along his jugular and then his jaw line. "We can agree that were both very cute"

"We are very cute. We're a danger to be around. What if people are adorable to cuteness?" He smiles at him, eyes closing a little as he pecks his lips. "It'd be like a murder scene gone dodgy. 'Oh, how did they die again?', 'Some troll and some blonde guy were being overly cute.'." He laughed, nuzzling his cheek.

He whines a little playfully, but gets up with a slight laughter. Not a second later there is a small yet repetitive knock on the door.

He snickered, pressing a last kiss to his forehead, "See. Told you." He pulled away from Dave to go to the door, smiling as he opened it for them. "Hey Jake."

He rolls his eyes, smiling as he follows to greet them.

"Hello!" He grins, making graby hands at Eridan. Today he was dressed in a green shirt, and knee-length shorts, the shirt really bringing out his huge green eyes.

The grandma smiles and waves at them, Dave returning the wave.

Eridan held the door open for them both, smiling in greeting to the grandma. "I've got everything set. So you wanted to make some apricot cookies Jake?" He grinned, clearly joking even as he pulled the choc chips down from the cupboard.

He gasps when he says that. "No! I want chocolate!" He says, following Eridan as quick as his little legs allowed him to.

Dave lead the grandma to the living room after closing the door, starting a pleasant little chat. She was apparently really confused at first and wasn't sure if this was where Eridan lived at first, since it was kind of a rich neighbourhood.

He laughed, showing Jake the choc chips before putting them down on the counter. He reached down to pick Jake up, getting him to sit on the counter next to the sink and away from all the hot and sharp things. "So, what do you want to do Jake?"

Eridan had spent a very long time making sure he did not look loaded. And he supposed he was sort of successful. Even his flat doesn't really look too expensive-y. It just looked... nicely furnished?

Jake giggles when he's picked up, looking at what Eridan has set down, and grinning when he understands he was joking. "I want big big chocolate cookies. And I wanna squish the things together and cut them! Nana uses a cup to cut them and make em real real big!"

It really doesn't, so she was just under the impression he had a nice salary going on
