He nodded, walking back and kissing his shoulder. "Not gonna put the stuff on just to swim there, it's not that far." He just said, before climbing down the ladder on the side of the boat

Eridan jumped off the side, because why take a ladder when you can jump? He swum up beside Dave, grinning as he blew bubbles up at him. "Race you? I'll only use my arms."

He pouted, fins tilting down before sighing loudly and dipping under to swim under the surface around and around Dave. He tugged at his foot, wanting him to start swimming.

He can't help but snicker at how he looks like a shark when he does that. He rolls his eyes and starts swimming lazily.

The pace is a little too slow for Eridan, but he's content to just kick lazily and swim along at the same pace as Dave.

There's more shells on this beach than on their usual one, and Eridan likes the feeling of the soft sand and little shells between is toes as he stands up in the water.

Dave however, and his little baby feet, don't like it all that much. When he comes out of the water, he curses a few times, not liking the fact that he's burying his feet in shells and stones every few seconds, but eventually gets past those.

Most of the beach was like that, but there was a bit where it became just sand and no shells. "So... Walk around the island first and then in it?"

He squeezed his hand, smiling at him before they set off walking left down the beach. The water was clear on their left, and as it was low tide, they could see some coral peeking out over the top of the water.

Dave slowly grew to be lazier, since the warm sun was hitting his back. He took pictures every now and then, just looking around himself. "It's so quiet."

"It is. So peaceful." He agreed. The waves made soft noises against the beach, and occasionally a seabird flew over them. "When its like this its one of the few times I can fully relax."
