He huffed a laugh, rolling hus eyes at him but pulling out of the parking lot all the same.

He pulled up in front of the store turning to face Dave. "Meet you back here? Just text me when you're done."

"I shouldn't take long if the place isn't crowded, but alright. I'll see you in a bit." He nods, hopping off the car, and going inside.

He drove off once Dave was clear, heading home to pack his clothes.

Eridan was done and waiting for Dave in the same spot within the hour, seeing as he didn't need to pack much. He'd grabbed a few books and small things to take with them, but otherwise left the entertainment to the ocean.

Dave was done thirty minutes later, so he had been waiting for a bit once Eridan showed up.

He loads the trunk, and hops on the passenger's seat.

Eridan smiled as Dave hopped in, checking the road before pulling out. "Did you remember to get gummy bears?" He grinned at him, raising a brow as he headed towards his apartment.

"Yeah it's in the back. I brought a few books and stuff incase it rains or so or you don't want to go swimming." He subconsciously started stroking the skin under his thumb in slow movements, keeping his eyes on the road.

Dave made a sound of appreciation, and brought their hands up to kiss Eridan's knuckles. "I'll entertain myself, trust me. As long as I have a card deck and water around me, I'm good."

He smiled at him, pulling up in front of Dave's building. "And me of course. I will be providing you with cave exploration again if you wish? And if it rains you might be able to get some underwater shots of the surface. It looks really cool."

"You'll be my main distraction yo, that isn't even questionable." He smiles wide, nuzzling his cheek before opening the door to get out. "And hell yeah, ill be getting artsy with them. Specially with your glowing tattoos."

Dave smiles wide, and nods. "You look great with them babe. Just hold on a minute." He headed to the main door, getting in, and quickly taking care of his business. He came back ten minutes later at best, just swinging the bag onto the back seats."

He grinned at him, tapping his thumb against the steering wheel once Dave headed inside.

He was watching the pedestrians on the other side of the street when Dave got back. He waited until he was buckled in before heading to the marina.

As soon as they got there, Dave got half of the stuff they had to load into the ship, struggling a little with the weight, but fuck making two trips.

He had to snicker when he saw Dave grab half the bags, even though he grabbed the rest. He had an easier time carrying it though. He used his key to open the gate, leading the way to Sabriel.

He put the stuff down when he managed, sighing in relief, and he started putting the stuff away here and there. He made a point of waving the gummy bear in his face before storing them with a smile

He stuck his tongue out at the tease, rolling his eyes with a snicker as e put the rest of the stuff away and moved to check all the gauges and electronics.

"Everything looks good, but then I wasn't expecting anything different. It is my boat of course."

"In about, twenty minutes? Half an hour? I've just gotta check something up at the control centre." He smiled at Dave, giving him a quick kiss as he passed before heading up.
