He stuck his tongue out childishly. "I'm awesome and cool. You're a dorky dork that makes scarves." He teases as he laughs.

He whines, and pulled Eridan into a proper kiss.

"You're the one dating me." He licked his cheek, grinning.

Eridan laughed a little at the whine, smiling as he kissed him proper. He pulled out of the kiss slowly, still smiling and looking at him with this soft expression on his face.

He grinned, wiping his cheek and bopping him on the nose with his hand. "Damn right you do." He laughed softly, nuzzling his jaw.

Eridan pressed multiple soft kisses to his lips and jaw, running his fingers slowly through his fringe.

Dave laughed again, bumping their noses together as he wiped his own cheek.

He pressed a kiss to his temple when he managed to, and tugged Eridan up until he was sitting on his lap so that he could hug him to his chest, and kiss his cheek a couple of times.

He nuzzled against his cheek, wriggling a little to get closer and smiling against his neck. He rested his cheek on his shoulder, closing his eyes for a bit and just relaxing. "You wanna drive for a bit? We can bring out the sails for a little bit and you can steer us?"

"Sure, just give me a second, I just started getting my cuddles on." He jokes, sighing in content and closing his eyes. "Y'know I really like having you on my lap. You're like the teddy bear I never had."

"You can drive with me on your lap. We don't have to put the sails out, the wind's dropping soon anyway." He shifted so that his back was to Dave's chest, facing the wheel. "Cuddle me all you like Strider, though I'm going to continue to deny my teddy bear status."

Dave smiled wider, and pressed a gentle kiss to the back of his neck. "That's more like it. Alright, I'm ready to steer then." He gave Eridan a squeeze.

He smiled at the kiss. Eridan held his wrists, pulling his arms a little forward until they were on the steering wheel. It wasn't too far to reach so they could still cuddle.

Dave held it loosely, still placing kisses on the back of his neck, and along his shoulders. He starts doing what he remembers, the right-left thing.

Eridan hummed softly in response to the kisses, placing his hands over Dave's as he relaxed back against him. He rests his head back against his shoulder, so that he wasn't obstructing his view or hindering him at all.

It was kind of an awkward position for Eridan, and It made him laugh a bit. "Youre comfortable like that?" He just wants to make sure.

Dave now kisses along his neck, nuzzling it.

He turned his head a bit to nip at his jaw, shifting his ass around until he was comfortable. "I am now." He stayed like that for a bit, but moved eventually until he was sitting chest to chest with Dave and with his face tucked against his neck and pressing little soft kisses there every so often.

Dave was really happy with this position. He hums a bit, resting his chin on Eridan's shoulder while he gets kisses.

Eridan nearly ended up dozing, he was so comfortable. His eyes were lidded, and he was breathing even enough to be able to slip into sleep. The fact that he had to keep an eye on Dave steering and the month long conditioning of not sleeping kept him up.

"I know how to put it in auto pilot, you can rest." He mutters, kissing his shoulder. He noticed how relaxed he was getting and how his breathing had slowed down.

Dave smiled softly, and nuzzled his shoulder, continuing to steer. He started petting his hair with one hand, since he figured he could steer one handed.

Eridan so did not start purring. Not at all. He'd forgotten that Dave could make him purr. It had been so long.

He nuzzled closer, arms tucked between their chests as he made himself comfortable.

That only made Dave grin as he remembered all the stuff it implied. He kissed the side of his head, nuzzling it for a second, and starts humming lowly for him.

"You're tryin'a make me sleep, aren't'cha." He kissed his jaw, sighing softly. He felt sleepy, but he couldn't sleep anymore. His body was now feeling like an entire soup of fucked up sleep patterns. It was almost hurting.
