"What kind of cat are you going to get?" He started rubbing his horns a little, knowing he needs to relax.

"It's a little tabby kitten. Just a normal shorthair. I was going to go for a munchkin cat, but the breeder that's closest doesn't have good bloodline statistics." He shivered a little, but eventually started to relax.

He nods, humming in thought. "You should have gotten one of those that look like they don't have a face because of how much fur they have. Persian cats I think. Love those suckers."

"There isn't a breeder within three hours drive of here, and I don't like cleaning up that much fur. They're a nightmare when they shed. I was also thinking of getting a serval, they look gorgeous." He shifted closer, pressing his head into his hands.

The purring did start up, but it was quiet, pretty much like a cat hiding under a bed sort of level of noise. He wasn't asleep yet, just content.

Eridan was pretty much a big cuddly cat with fins and horns. Dave made an effort not to fall asleep himself, eyelids heavy.

Eridan was flat out of it, but woke up before Dave's alarm went off due to his hip throbbing badly. He grimaced, and carefully pulled away to go find some painkillers.
