Sollux was ignoring Dave (and Eridan) just as much by being on his phone. He wasn't really paying too much attention to what he was doing though, on account of the fact that he was thinking more over what Dave had said.

After a good 15 minutes, Dave finally got bored, and settled for holding Eridan's hand as he turned around to talk to Sollux. "Yo, Spock wannabe, whatsup."

Eridan pressed a brief kiss to Dave's hair before focusing his attention back on the water. The mainland was in detail now, and they weren't far off being home.

Sollux glanced up at him, one brow arched in question.

Sollux simply smirked, already knowing what he wanted. He'd actually already bought it, he was just waiting until they got back for Dave to start wearing it. It was a gold ring with a tiny gemini symbol hanging off it.
