Sollux was actually surprised, having been expecting some snark and maybe being kicked out, but he wasnt complaining. A low rumble settled in his chest, barely noticeable, that only started to show when he started playing with his violet lock of hair.

Eridan decided that he is definitely the stupidest troll in the universe. He shouldn't be doing this! With how much hurt and how many injuries Sollux has given him, he should be throwing him out the door and getting rid of him!

But he just... Misses this. He loves Dave, loves what he does and how he makes him feel, but there's a difference between when a human does it and when a troll does it.

Sollux seems to relax just from petting his hair, and is soon just hopping off the counter and tilting Eridan's face up. The low rumble is now more noticeable. He forgot how it felt like to be red with Eridan, it was so much different than Aradia or Feferi. He decides to lean in for a kiss, see how that one goes

His fins flick when he finally picks up on that rumble, and he looks up at Sollux when he tips his face up. His fins tilt down when he leans in for the kiss, and he barely hesitates before kissing him back. His lips are a little chapped and dry, but not horribly so. He missed kissing Sollux.

He noticed the hesitation, but decided to wait and see if he'd reject it. When he didn't, Sollux cupped his cheek, just trading slow kisses back and forth as he let his eyes close. The rumble got louder.

Eridan smiled a little, eyes lidded as they kissed. He pulled back only to mumble, "you still sound like a little motorboat", before going right back in for another kiss.

He sucked on his lip a little, nipping on it. He liked black kisses, but playful nips are also fine

Eridan pinched his elbow, rolling his eyes. "You're like an old, out of date car." He snickered, ducking his head to press a rather chaste kiss to his jaw before lifting his head to kiss him again.

Sollux bit his lip a little, just enough to make his lips a little red, and licked over them. It has been a while since he's kissed Eridan, especially in a red way, so he better take advantage.

Eridan carefully moved the kitten from his scarf. Well, he simply took off his scarf with the sleeping kitten in it and placed it on the table before raising his hands to cup Sollux's cheeks and tilt his head into the kiss.

Sollux pulled him closer after that, one hand going to his lower back as he pressed himself up against Eridan. There weren't as many restrictions as if there'd be if that was their first time.

Eridan sighed quietly against his lips, and pulled back almost reluctantly after a few minutes of kissing. His lips were a little darker, and he glanced at him. "Enough. You can't kiss yourself out of everything. I haven't forgiven you enough for you to go straight to make outs Sol." He had to set himself some limits or he was just going to show how desperate he can be.

The rumbling in his chest slowly came to a stop when Eridan started speaking, but he just nodded. Yeah, he could understand that. "Yeah, alright. Sorry, got ahead of myself there." He apologises, though he kept himself close to him.

"It's pretty good. I've got two humans and another seadweller working there. The humans do all the medical stuff and the seadweller deals with keeping the creatures complacent if they have to have anything done. I think she's afraid of me, but I'm not sure from who she's heard bad shit about me."
