"Hey, I was jamming, rude." He rose a brow, not taking the eyes off the road though. "I'm not jealous, simple as that. He likes me over you, why would I be jealous?"

"You are jealous. You don't like the thought of someone else taking up Eridan's thoughts. You're so dumb. Anyone can see he's stupid for you. I'm just some leftover feelings he can't let go of either." He definitely did not sound bitter. Not at all.

He could definitely tell Sollux was jealous of him as well. That made him think of opening up a little. He sighs. "Alright, so, if I'm jealous, you definitely are too. I don't know what he feels for you dude, I just know I'm not familiar with this sort of relationship type."

"We're gonna have to talk about this eventually. We can use Eridan as a buffer, I guess, because I know he'll pull that face when he's upset about something if I go too far and upset you." He groaned, smushing his hands against his eyes. "Fuck, I don't want him as my auspistice as well!"

They spent the rest of the trip until Eridan's house in silence, arriving at about the same time, and once he gets out, he goes to hold Eridan's hand as they go inside.

Eridan smiles a little at them when they park up, and leads the way up in relative silence. He's done a heap of thinking on his own, but decides it doesn't need to be shared right now, so he doesn't speak.

He places the kitten down on the ground once they're all inside, and shuts the door behind them.

The first thing Dave does is get himself some AJ, and then tug Eridan to the couch, snuggling up next to him. "I want a movie."

Sollux followed to the couch, because he wanted in on cuddles too. Eridan just let himself be tugged along, smiling a little at Dave. "Go choose a movie then." Sollux sat against the arm of the couch, and pulled Eridan down so that he was leaning against his side, an arm around his waist. Eridan watched Dave, and waited to hug him back to his chest when he's chosen a movie.

He got up in a flash, wanting to resume the cuddles as soon as possible, and used his flash stepping to choose the movie Grease and then come back to him. He snuggled up to Eridan, resting his cheek on his shoulder.

Eridan made himself comfortable in the time it took for Dave to put the movie on. He probably wouldn't be watching it for long, but oh well. Sollux filled the kettle without moving from his spot, and set some cups out for him and Eridan for when the kettle boiled. Eridan happily hugged Dave back to his chest, kissing the top of his head.

Eridan ended up running his fingers gently through his hair, resting his cheek against Sollux's bony shoulder. He quietly said thanks when Sollux brought over tea, trying not to disturb Dave as he sipped from it.

He turned into a sort of cat when he slept, since he just curled up on himself, or, in this case, Eridan. Eona eventually walked into the room with a confident stride, feeling more comfortable now that she knew where she was, kinda, and she messily climbed up the couch to curl up between Sollux and Eridan.

Eridan turned his head a little when his kitten butted at his shoulder, and smiled gently at her as she curled up on her side. She really was adorable. He shifted a little, keeping Dave close but moving so that he was more solidly tucked up to Sollux's side. It was nice and warm, and he felt pretty content there.

Sollux had absolutely no qualms with that. Well, except maybe that Eridan's hair was tickling his nose, but that was it.

She started purring once she made a little nest out of Sollux's baggy shirt, getting in like she would with Eridan's scarf. Needless to say that she fell asleep rather quickly as well.

Eridan smiled at her, still gently scratching behind her ears from where her head was just visible over Sollux's shirt. Sollux moved Eridan's hair from under his nose, pushing it this way and that to get rid of most of the gel and make it start drooping down again.
