He shifted a bit on the couch, frowning at how uncomfortable it now was and standing to at least go lie on the bed. Much more logical.

However before Dave himself gets to studying, he goes to make some prime coffee of his own, declining Bro's request to strife on the way to the kitchen, which only did work because he told him he had to study.

Eridan was asleep before he even got his glasses off properly. His laptop had been moved to the bedside table, he was far too comfortable to get up and put it on the desk. And besides if he got up he'd make an excuse to study and not sleep. Which he will admit he did probably need.

This cold was taking a lot out of him, coupled with the stress from classes and exams, he was drained and feeling weird and jittery more often than not.

Maybe sleep will be good for once.

Dave doesn't stay up for too long, just about more two or three hours so that he can get down a couple of notions, though he knew he was fairly fucked. He ends up sighing and throwing himself on his bed, pretty ready to fall asleep even without being under the covers, which he found himself doing. In fact, the only thing that disturbed his dreamless sleep, was his alarm, that was personalized to be one of his tracks. Groaning, he forced himself to get up, and to go through his morning routine, that consisted of showering, getting dressed and leaving, not forgetting to bring his wallet inside of his book bag as he was planning on having breakfast there.

This time he caught Jane on the way out, that briefly teased him about spending time with one of his friends while he had to work, but he dismissed it fairly quickly, getting to making his coffee

Eridan did end up sleeping the rest of the night. Sleeping until the sun woke him up, coming through his window and landing right on his face.

He simply groaned and rolled off the bed, tugging the blankets with him and scowling. He eventually got up and took a long shower, standing under the spray for a considerable length of time.

He scooped a handful of loose change from his table top, grabbing his notes and just opting to grab food when he got coffee.

"Chocolate croissant and a cappuccino." He said in way of greeting as he walked into the coffee shop, tacking a 'please' onto the end as an afterthought. He smiled tiredly at Dave, rubbing at his eyes. "I swear I'm more tired now than I was before I napped."
