Eridan laughed, catching the bear before it hit the seat and popping it into his mouth anyway. He was still laughing, fins still wiggling when he opened his mouth again for him to throw another bear.

Dave grins, throwing another, trying to refine his aim, and hitting him in the chin this time. "Fucking hell." He grumbled, but he had gotten it at the third try

Eridan was laughing with the next fail, and then again when he finally threw it in his mouth. "Your aim sucks!" He finished chewing the gummy bear, snickering.

"It didn't reach it's intended destination. It veered off target two out of three times." He grinned, all crooked and smug and stuck his tongue out. He popped more gummy bears in his mouth, before gesturing for Dave to open his own mouth so he could have ago.

Eridan just huffed at him, flapping a hand to get him to stop talking and keep his mouth open. He squinted one eye shut as he took aim, head tilted slightly before he threw the gummy bear.

It landed in his mouth and he laughed, scooping up another one. "Already better then you!"

Dave snickered as he chewed on the gummy bear, pretty amused."thats called luck, try again." He opened his mouth one more time, making him look dumb as he was trying to both smile and keep his mouth open.

Eridan did the same again. Squinting and tilting his head slightly to the side before he threw again. This one landed in his mouth as well and he couldn't help the loud laugh of success, fins wiggling happily. "Whaddya call that Dave? Double luck?"

He grinned, taking a while to chew on it before he replied. "Okay then, lets try this then." He scoots farther away from him. "And yes, that is called double luck." He teased

He snickered and squinted again, tongue poking out slightly as he picked up another gummy bear. "Shut up an' keep your mouth open."

He threw it, but this time it hit by the side of Dave's nose and fell against his bottom lip, teetering slightly before falling away from his mouth. Eridan just pouted. "That's your fault. You moved."

Dave cups a hand under his chin to catch the gummy, and snickers as he eats it. "You must need your glasses, cus I didnt move at all."

"You did move." He was grinning even as he tried to pout. He hadn't really realised that he hadn't put his glasses back on since the first time they got in the dinghy. He squinted a bit, frowning. He'd gotten used to the blurry above water vision by now, and he could see enough. "You just moved. I don't need my glasses."

"Yes you do, four eyes, the only thing that moved was your hand and the bear as it dramatically missed the target." Laughing softly, he reaches for a pringle.

"You're an obscene walrus." He just huffed at him and reached for more gummy bears to eat. He stuck his tongue out after eating one of the bears, scratching at his jaw and stretching out his legs again in front of him, careful not to knock over the gummy bears of the pringles.

"Thats kinda rude, but ill take it." Dave eats the rest of his gummy bears with a slight smile. He looks up at the stars, having forgotten he could, and his smile widened, yet it looked softer too.

Eridan shut up a bit when he saw him lean back to look up at the stars. Even with his fuzzy vision he could see the smile on his face. He liked that he'd been able to take him to a place where he could see that smile. He liked that smile.

He shifted, getting up to go grab his glasses from the dinghy so that he wasn't caught staring at Dave. Even if he did look peaceful and relaxed. Plus he'd be able to see that smile better with glasses on.

Dave didnt pay it much mind, just trying to figure out how many stars and constellations he knew. He was also trying to make shapes out of stars. It was kinda like looking at clouds, except these ones stayed in place for longer

Eridan settled back into his spot, watching him watch the stars for a bit before he relaxed back and looked up as well. There were a few clouds floating around, more than the previous night definitely, but not too many that it was hard to see the stars.

He briefly wondered why watching stars didnt seem to get old, why it was interesting look at dots in the sky, but he quickly let his mind wander.

He shifted a bit until he was more comfortable, eyes going half lidded as he watched the stars. He was almost comfortable enough to sleep here, or at least doze.

Watching the stars always gave him a sort of tranquil feeling that usually lulled him to sleep much faster then when he was on land.
