He just pouted, fins still coloured as they pulled up to the beach. He leaned against Dave instead of getting out, huffing a breath at him. "Why is glowing and singing even related, honestly."

Eridan grinned, nuzzling his neck before getting out of the dinghy. "Maybe i'm just weird. Completely and utterly biologically wrong."

He smiled a little, and kissed his forehead before Eridan managed to get up, though following him right after. "Not wrong, just interesting."

"Wrong." He held a hand out to him, shrugging one shoulder and pressing a kiss to his temple before heading further down the beach. It was a pretty clear night.

Eridan smiled, taking off his shirt and dropping it on Dave's head for now before heading into the water. He didn't start glowing yet, walking in until the water was up to his waist.

Dave laughed softly as the shirt covered his vision, but quickly put it on instead. It was colder than before, just a bit, and Dave was only wearing his swimming trunks. He prepared the camera, and got on the right spot to take pictures of him.

"Now that I think of it, kinda surprised that Cronus didn't comment on the tattoos."

Eridan waited until Dave had his camera pointed at him before lighting up. The soft violet lights gradually got brighter the more Eridan let them, until the nearby water around him was nearly glowing with it too. His tattoos (what could be seen of them at least) were glowing as well, the little spots in between the markings almost highlighting it.

"Cro's already seen them. When I was still not sleeping, he came round when I was lazing around and flipped on me when I saw him. Told him to fuck off, he had his done at the same age."

He rolled his eyes with a slight sigh, but shrugged. "He seems like he wants to be your mom." He said that playfully though, in a good way. "And your brother at the same time. Your Brom. Mrother. Whichever one you like best." He snaps the first picture, smiling to himself.

"He's an overprotective, sometimes sleazy musical nutter." Eridan spoke fondly though, and smiled a little. He turned a bit to the side, so that Dave could get a photo of the tattoo on his shoulder.

Eridan grinned, turning so that his back faced Dave and glanced back over his shoulder. The intricate lines of his tattoo showed pretty well with his lights.

Eridan grinned at him, fins wiggling a little before moving to do as Dave asked. His spots were glowing bright enough, though they were fading and brightening in time with his breathing.

"The camera loves you baby, work it." He said in an exaggerated accent, snickering.

Eridan just laughed, waggle his brows at Dave exaggeratedly with a grin. "You adore me." He stuck his tongue out, turning a bit to face Dave more now as he playfully kicked water towards him.

Dave was shaking with the laughter he was holding back just to get the shots, and his cheeks would be sore from how wide he was smiling. "So sassy, I can't believe it dahling, you're killing it."

"Of course I'm killing it. This is me we're talking about." He grinned, blowing a mocking kiss to the camera and turning to face Dave fully. His spots had brightened with his happiness, shining clear over the water.
