Once nightfall had finally come once more, Terezi exited the her apartment. She knew right about now Zane would be working, at least she hoped. She really didn't really want Cale to hear about this, in case he had the idea to hang Tassek's arms over his invisible fire place for it.

Eventually, she found herself in the store, scanning the isles and pretending that she was interested in buying something in there as she looked for Zane.

Wow, he has an invisible fireplace? Ehem. Zane was cleaning up a coffee bean spill on aisle three. I swear, his coworkers are /completely incompetent./ Okay, so admittedly, this one was his fault. He'd been a little out of it since the bite, and was a good size to be ridiculously destructive if he didn't pay attention.
