He wrapped an arm around him in a hug, drawing him close and pressing into the kiss before pulling back to smile. "It's beautiful though. I like violets more than roses." He grinned, kissing his jaw before going to get a mug or a jar he could fill with water to keep it in.

Dave grins, placing his hands on Eridan's hips while they kissed.

"Glad you do. See, this is exactly why I need to know your favourite colour and junk like that."

He keeps smiling, pretty proud, and gets two plates out so that they don't drop crumbs all over the table.

He found a mason jar and rinsed it out, filling it three quarters full with water and putting the flower stem in it. He admired the flower for a bit, placing the jar on the counter. "You dork." He smiled at him, giving him another kiss before taking one of the plates and loading it up with food.

Dave could say he wasn't completely proud, but that would be lying. He liked seeing him happy.

He sat his ass down after that, taking his own small sized cup of coffee and sipping it, before starting to spread jam on a croissant.

He caught the look on Dave's face and smiled, nudging him slightly and pressing a kiss to his cheek. "Thanks for this." He gave him another kiss before reaching for a chocolate croissant.

He smiled as he started eating his croissant, shifting his chair a bit closer so that he could lean against Dave a little bit if he wished to. He sipped from his coffee, perfectly content like this.

He scrunched his nose up, pulling away with a huff and wiped his hand over his nose. "How dare you." He was smiling though, poking Dave in the nose with his own croissant and sticking his tongue out.

"Handsome, daring, rude, very attractive asshole. I'm sure that's it." He smiles, getting a cookie. It's huge, like the size of a cup, which is what Jane uses as a cookie cutter.

Dave liked the idea of that, specially of seeing him getting squirmy and more sensitive in front of him, so maybe they should.
