"Fair enough. I'd say nearly two hours actually." He checked the time, grabbing his phone and moving to his bed merely so he could curl up in the warmth of the blankets. "What now?"

Soon enough, someone knocks on his bedroom door, that someone being Bro. Who else would it be? He offers to take him out to eat pizza and take him with him to a gig, and as Bro never does that, he accepts it after fake consideration, that he thinks Bro caught up on, despite being pretty convincing. What doesn't the guy catch up on?

"Well I guess that's my cue to get my ass ready for food. We'll talk tomorrow, yeah?"

He laughed softly at the kiss and smiled as the call ended. He ends up grabbing his laptop and bringing it to the bed, opening up the files he had to read for his courses.

He tries to spend the time he has going from home to the nearest pizza place convincing John not to make a big deal out of Eridan's outburst, and though it doesn't work too well, he doesn't seem to be royally pissed off at him by the end of the chat, just as pissed as the other are.

The next morning, he's back at the coffee shop.

He spent nearly half an hour contemplatin before opening up the last message from the blue text and sending a rather formal sounding apology to how he acted. He shut the conversation straight after and turned back to his notes.

He ended up reading into the night, not ending up napping until around four that morning.

John saw the apology, and after telling Dave about it, Dave forced him to apologize too for the way he acted. He's like a kindergarten teacher, serving as a mediator between two angry kids. The apology does get across though.

Now he's having his coffee as per usual, eating a jelly filled doughnut. It's early, costumers shouldn't be trying to get food at 6.30, so he has time.

Eridan rocked up soon after 6:30, having walked from his apartment. His nose was practically buried in the book he was holding, and he had a single headphone in. He ws totally not listen to one of Dave's mixes while he walked.

He only put the book down when he walked into the coffee shop.
