He shrugged, smiling at his fuzzy mirrored form. "Not sure. They'll probably laugh, or tell him to stop dicking around." He turned to face him properly pressing a kiss to his jaw. He pulled the hoodie back on, grabbing his new glasses and putting those on as well with a sigh of relief.

He nodded, smiling. "Yeah. I can see properly now. This eye's still all shitty but I think that's because it's bruised as hell. I hope I don't loose my sight." Even though that wouldn't stop him from doing anything, he still didn't want to loose it.

"I did take one. One of the strong ones too." He pressed a kiss to his forehead, huffing at him. "Maybe your eyes need checking. I wouldn't lie to you Dave." Well, he probably would, but he'd cave too quick for it to be a proper lie and Dave would know.

Dave smiled a bit, and dragged him to the living room instead, sitting down and patting his lap for him to sit down. "Good. That's good, and I'd like it to keep being that way."

He went easily with him, cuddling up in his lap and sighing. He rested his head on his shoulder, pressing a few kisses to his neck and jaw before relaxing. "How're you feeling? Did the painkillers kick in yet?"

Dave looped his arms around Eridan again, and sighed in content to have him on his lap. "I'm still pretty fucked up, but the painkillers are masking it pretty well. I told you they kick in fast." He yawns a little, nuzzling his hair.

He nodded, "They made it a little easier to sleep earlier. Everything hurts and any which way I roll or lie or move it just hurts." He sighed and shrugged, nuzzling at his jaw. "You should nap a little more, you're probably tired."

"Thanks." He probably wouldn't eat that much now, but one slice will do. He ate it at a measured pace, licking his fingers clean afterwards to get rid of whatever grease was on there from the cheese.
