He snickered, rolling his eyes. He'd finished his second drink while he'd eaten his brownie, and now simply toyed with the empty glass. "Would you like to order anything else or are you done for tonight?"

He felt a little bad for having Eridan pay for it, so he tipped, so that Eridan wouldn't have to pay for absolutely everything. Eh. Dave feels like he wasn't that useless now.

He frowned a bit when he noticed Dave tipping, since he was planning on doing that anyway. He didn't mention it though, just standing and got ready to leave with him.

He took his hand once they were ready to leave, his jacket under his arm. "This was pretty neat." Dave says as they step out of the restaurant.

He squeezed his hand, smiling at him as they stepped into the cool sea-smelling air. "I'm glad. Was it good enough of a fourth date for your standards?" He teased, leaning closer to press a kiss to his cheek with a smile.

"Excellent." His fins wiggled happily as he kissed him, a smile on his lips as he pulled out of it a bit to press a kiss to the tip of his nose. "I'm glad you enjoyed it."

His fins wiggled even more at that and he rested his hands on his hips. He tilted his head into the kiss a bit, eyes closing slightly as they kissed. "I love you too."

A soft smile forms on his lips, and he places his free hand on the back of Eridan's neck, gently playing with his hair as they kissed, still holding the jacket under his arm.

He chirred at him softly, smiling at him and kissing him again. It was slow and practically sweet and he tasted of dark chocolate. He squeezed his hips gently, tugging him a little bit closer.

It was probably one of the sweetest kisses he ever got, both literally and figuratively. He let it last, definitely not in a rush to get back to the car, but when he broke the kiss, he kissed his cheek afterwards. "Thanks for bringing me here."

He smiled at him, pressing a kiss to his forehead in return. "You're welcome. It was nice, I enjoyed it." He kissed him again softly, fins wiggling a bit as he stepped back so they could head to the car, or to the beach. He wouldn't mind spending more time out here, or heading back.

Dave just headed to the beach. He saw that opportunity and took it, not wanting to go back to just watch netflix all night long or something. Plus Eridan liked the sea.

He sits down on the sand once they're close enough to the water, crossing his arms over his knees.

He followed him, breathing in the salty air and sitting next to him on the sand. It was a calm night, and not many people were on the beach. He ran a hand over his hair, checking it was all still in place and not going everywhere yet. He nudged Dave with his elbow, glancing at him with a smile before looking back out over the water.

Dave glanced at him with a raised eyebrow, smirking as he nudged him back, though on his arm, as he wouldnt dare touch his whole torso, specially in a rough fashion.

"Kinda nice, kinda calm, but our island is way better."

"Our island is much better. There's a little shark there an' seahorses." He smiled, shifting a bit so that he was closer. It was a cool night, and as fashionable as the vest was it wasn't too warm. Dave was emitting enough warmth that he could leech off it if he sat close enough. Which he did, or at least sat as close as he felt was not intruding on his space.

"You're cold?" Eridan could have said no, but Dave was already putting his jacket over the other's shoulders.

"It's ours. You're sworn to secrecy now Dave." He grinned, leaning against him briefly and kissing his chin. "I'll make you promise never to tell no one of the island's location."

"Oh, no I'm fi-." He stopped talking when Dave put his jacket over his shoulders, just sitting there for a second before tugging it a bit closer around him. "Thank you."

"You don't have to make me, I'm already pretty inclined to keep it all under wraps, like its christmas all up in here and the island is the present." He smiled, nudging him again before wrapping an arm around his shoulders.

"It's probably not very warm, but its velvety inside, so that might help"
