"I think im going for that three flavoured one. You know, where is like, in layers: caramel-like thing, cookie, and whip cream. Something like that. That's good."

Now he rose a brow, tilting his head slightly as he put down his cutlery, having finished his meal. "A what now?"

"You know, the three layered one." He rose a brow. "You never had that? Were the cookies on the middle are soaked in coffee?"

Eridan just looked at him looking confused. "No? How about, you get that thing if they have it, an' I'll get the brownie, an' we'll share."

"Sounds good to me." He nods, finishing his meal soon after.

He smiled, catching the eye of the waiter once Dave was done with his food. They dishes were taken away and he asked for the desserts menu. "Do you want another drink?"

"I'm good, not thirsty." He shook his head. He explained what he wanted to the waiter, and he quickly nodded, understanding what he was referring to. After getting Eridan's order as well, he went to fetch the desserts.

Eridan asked for another lemon lime bitters, finishing off his glass as the waiter left, glancing at Dave. He flexed his hands a bit once he'd set the glass back down, looking at his injured knuckles for a bit.

He glanced at those as well, but decided to ignore it. Talking about that right now would only fuck up the thing they had going now.

The waiter soon comes back, setting their respective desserts in front of them.

He flexed his knuckles again, checking to see what hurt and what didn't before nodding a bit to himself, satisfied that it already was healing.

He smiled a bit once the desserts and his drink were placed in front of him, looking back up at Dave. "Would you like the first bite?" His smile was a bit teasing as he gestured to his brownie.

Dave smirked a little, shrugging. "Sure, let's see if its good." He nods, pushing his own dessert towards the middle a little before taking a bite

He had a little dessert fork with his, and the icing sugar on the top was already making his sweet tooth want to dig into it as quickly as possible. He took a small forkful of Dave's dessert instead, tasting it.

Dave's was creamy. The deepest layer tasted like liquid caramel, but less intense, he middle one was like cookies soaked in sweet coffee and left to cool, now completely soft, and the whip cream was just soft and nice to taste.

He liked Dave's. It was an interesting mix of tastes and he quite liked it. His own was a deep rich chocolate with thinly sliced macadamias through it. There weren't many macadamias, so it didn't take away from the taste. There were also small chocolate chunks that had melted when the brownie was heated. He was looking forward to eating it.

He nodded to himself as he ate, pretty pleased with it, just not liking to have to chew through the nuts.

"Pretty good, but give me back mine now." He smirked, eating a spoonful of his own.

He gladly handed Dave's over, licking his dessert spoon clean before eating a bite of the brownie. "Yours is nice. But chocolate will always win out, sorry."

He shrugged, taking another bite. "I don't mind the nuts much. At least its not big chunks. An' jane's brownies are good, but I'm not eating her brownies now so I couldn't care less. As long as I've got the brownie in front of me."
