He snickered, checking both ways on the road before crossing to the car. "I'm not that skilled. You're gonna have to get down and get in yourself."

"Who says I'm not like, a knight captain? Or Captain Knight? That's my new superhero name." Dave snickers, checking both sides with him, just out of caution. Some people were baffled to see a seadweller giving a human a piggy back ride, but Dave was enjoying himself. "Aw, dang. But yeah you're too tall for that. Pity. I can do that with kids."

"Your superhero name is the Knight of Time. It's already been decided by the shitty fanfiction writer, remember?" He grinned and knelt again so Dave could get off safely. He didn't care much for the people staring, he was too happy.

He shook his head at Dave in amusement, rolling his eyes. "Get in the car Dave."

Once he hopped down from his back, Dave kissed his cheek, and got in the car. "But Captain Knight has so much potential man, think about it. Like a knight captain america, but better, because it's me." He snickered, buckling up.

He just laughed, getting into the driver's side and starting the car. He was still laughing as he drove off, checking it was clear before he did so. "That is just ridicules. Captain Knight. What even Dave."

He just rolled his eyes, snickering now and driving down the now dark streets with a grin. His cheeks were sore. Dammit Dave. He glanced at him, smiling wide as he headed home.

This is the best night they've spent together up to date, in Dave's opinion. Note that he's saying night, because their first day together was also pretty nice.

Once they get home, Dave waits for Eridan to get the pictures, and tugs him onto the bed with him, taking every second he has to cuddle him.

Eridan shared Dave's perspective intensely.

He laughed a little when he was tugged onto the bed, but gladly joined him there once he grabbed the pictures. He grabbed one of the blankets on the bed, wrapping it around them both and pulling Dave into his lap. He rested his chin on his head, letting him handle the pictures.

Dave smiled wide, leaning back against Eridan's chest, and looking at the first picture. He could tell the I weren't in time order, because the first one was of Dave with the fish, and it made him roll his yes with a grin.

He just smiled, pressing a kiss to the top of his head. "It's my favourite. I like looking at it, even if I don't go through the rest of the pictures." He squeezed him, his arms being around his waist.

He glances up, and kisses his chin. "You're adorable. Thats really sweet." He makes himself small against Eridan again, and puts that one on the end of the pile, now showing one of Eridan glowing. "You look nice here."

He pulled a bit of a face at himself glowing, but cuddled him close nonetheless. He studied himself, squinting a little and finally admitted to himself that he doesn't look too bad. He's even smiling.

"Hm. I tried glowing when I finished the first one. It hurt a little, because I stupidly did it right after I finished. Some of the spots glow through, others don't. It looks alright though."

He laughed a little at the selfie, snickering into his hair as he looked at it.

"Well let's pretend we don't look like deer struck in the headlights. Jesus Christ my pupils look tiny." He wasn't wearing his shades, and its really odd for him t have photos without them. One more reason to keep them between them.

He huffed at the next one. "I still don't like this one. I look dumb."

"I look odd. Wait, really? I'm pretty sure that's why people have names, so that their attention can be grabbed via voice instead of picture taking."

"I have never heard of such a thing. This is a novelty to me. I have only known the old ways of taking a picture with the flash on right on people's faces." He grins, now going to a picture of Eridan with the fishes.

He just huffed a laugh at him, rolling his eyes and grinning. "You seemed to like taking a lot of photos of me, attention seeking or not." He nuzzled his neck, smiling and pressing a few kisses there. "I look funny in this photo too. I'm starting to suspect your photo taking skills." He teased, smiling.

He rolled his eyes, continuing to nose at his neck and press little kisses here and there. "I wasn't a huge part of the trip. I just made sure you got there and back safely and that you had company. The island and the experience should've been the huge part of the trip."

"Exactly. I look funny. I look funny when I'm happy, like it shouldn't belong on my face or something." He kissed his neck, grinning. "I'm just sure it's your photography skills."

"They're great, hush." He went to another one, and grinned when he saw whales. He remembers how nice it felt being hugged, and how protected he felt. Kinda like right now. "I love this one."
