He just stuck his tongue out, fins wiggling as he sat up to tuck the blanket completely around himself before lying down again. It was comfortable, and he didn't quite care what he looked like right now. It didn't compare to blanket burrito Dave anyway.

"Wow, greedy much." He teased light heartedly, bumping his nose against his. Dave tugged another blanket over himself so that he would be comfortable too. "Don't you go falling asleep on me, or Sabriel will crash. Keep that in mind. No pressure."

"I know what I'm doing you turd. We're not gonna crash. We're gonna move back up the stairs right now an' take these blankets with us." He extracted an arm to tap Dave's blanket before starting to wiggle his way to standing up.

"Turd, wet blanket, damn man, time to buy a dictionary." He grins. He just whines and curls up with his blanket. "I think I'm gonna leave you be, you know, to repay for when you went swimming." He said teasingly, clearly just being lazy.

"I do not have the current mental capacity to deal with your bullshit." He nudged him, fins wiggling a bit as he looked down at him.

He whined when Dave just started being a lazy arsehole. "Please?" His fins tilted down a bit and he pulled a sad face. "C'mon. I don't wanna sit up there alone."

"I don't know yo, sucking face for that long got me tired. I need to recharge batteries." He curls up further, only peeking out from the top, the rest of him being covered.

He looked even sadder, fins tilting totally down as he just looked at him. After a second though he just shrugged, expression going back to normal before he started to move back to the stairs and up. "Alrighty. Suit yourself. No more kisses for you then."

Well that was just an upsetting sight to behold.

He sighed, forcing himself up to his feet. "The shit I do for kisses." He mutters as he walks back up the stairs, wrapped up in the blanket, and plops down on his seat.

Eridan just looked smug when he saw Dave reamerge, having resumed his seat by the wheel and comfortably wrapped up in the blankets. He tilted his head at Dave, fins wiggling a bit. "Hello Dave. Thought you were gonna nap?"

He rolled his eyes, smiling a little, and leaning forwards to catch his lips in a quick kiss, even getting up a little, before sitting back down, and leaning back. "I didn't feel like giving up my dessert."

Eridan grinned wide, fins wiggling more as he leaned into the kiss. "I'm sure it's appreciated that you didn't." He teased, nudging him with his foot and shifting a bit so that he could haul ass and sit next to him.

As soon as he did, Dave moved to be laying down with his head on Eridan's lap, closing his eyes. "It damn better be. That was a prime blanket pile." He smiled a little.

"You can go back to it if you really want to. Your dessert will still be here when you get back up." He dropped a hand to rest on his head, slowly starting to comb through his hair.

He yawned a little, wrapping himself up further in the blanket. He was a little tired, truth be told, and he might just take a nap at home once he gets there.

He continued the gentle pets and touches, reaching forward a bit to flick the autopilot off and just steer. They were still a good while away from the shore, but he wanted to steer for a bit.

"Nope. Snooze away o' sleepy one." He grinned, bending down a bit to press a soft kiss to his temple before sitting back, relaxing and sitting with his foot resting against the bottom of the wheel to help steer.

He nodded, tugging on the blanket until only his face from the nose up was showing. He yawned again, letting himself start to relax.

Eventually he did fall asleep, but curled up on himself, except of around Eridan.

Eridan slowed his movements once he saw that Dave had fallen asleep. Each touch was as light as he could make it to prevent him from waking up. It was nice, having him fall asleep like that on him.

It wasn't until he could make out the people walking along the shore that he gently started to rouse him.

It didn't take much to wake him up, as he was still sleeping very lightly, and he sat up as soon as he was shaken, looking around. He smiles a little, looking at Eridan, and getting up. "Gonna ditch you for a while to get a shirt, shoes, and pack. Hope you don't mind. My shit's still a mess."

He waved him off, smiling. "Nah go do that. I gotta set up the fenders an' the lines anyway. Gotta tidy up a bit off stuff." He handed him the blanket that was wrapped around him as he stood up, "Just drop the blankets on my bed, they'll be fine there."

Nodding, Dave headed downstairs, tossing the blankets on Eridan's bed, as he had asked him to, and went to his own cabin to throw on a black hoodie. He took the chance to replace his swimimng trunks by jeans, and put on his shades, already a bit unused to them. That thought made him frown a little. He had worn them for all of his life, he shouldn't be unused to wearing shades. Hopefully that feeling would go away soon.

He spent the next five to ten minutes shoving his stuff into his backpack, seeing as he didn't dirty much clothe, just a pair of swimming trunks, the only thing he was careful with besides his AJ being his camera.
