Kankri was now about to order his fourth cup of coffee for the morning. To be entirely honest he didn't get much sleep last night. In desperate need to finish his fifth book as they finally started to slowly gain popularity and slowly getting a larger audience. He wouldn't want to lose them to slow updates just yet. So yes, he was deprived of sleep and very tired. But the little hipster coffee shop would always have workers that are willing to wake him up or put a blanket over him. How sweet.

He had his own set up here. A laptop on a small seat like table in front of one if those really comfortable fancy chairs with a nice blanket covering the cushions. Better than his own house in his opinion. Finally he got his coffee and paid the waitress happily, turning away from the counter and before he realized it he immediately ran into another man's chest. A man who was quite tall compared to poor little Kan. Kankri, feeling intimidated, was quick to apologize and grab napkins to give and help clean up the mess made on the other man's shirt, "God, I'm so sorry. I can be such a clumsy person sometimes."

The barista on the other side of the counter sighed and grabbed another cup. Knowing Kan would ask for another after he was done.

Cronus had been up all night in the office, talking on the phones and working out different deals, yelling at uncooperative partners, and the like. It was normal for him by now -- Working late office hours into the early mornings. He worked for a rather large corporation, so it wasn't unusual for any worker to be working late. The night before, he had gotten off early - 3 AM is early release time for him. He went home and rested up, but he had to get up only a few mere hours later to work on some personal things.

Cro wasn't a normal man though, no. The mundane people - otherwise known as muggles - were so much more normal from him. He himself was one of the wizarding world, and has known himself as one for as long as he could remember.

Currently, he had been walking into a café to grab his morning joe whenever a shorter male had walked right into him, spilling his coffee all over him. He jumped back, hissing lightly as he scowled. "Dammit." He frowned before looking up at the other man, sighing softly as he forced himself to calm down. "It - It's alright.' He said, shaking his head, helping clean himself up.
