She rolled her eyes, "Do you think you could maintain this in a fight? If you were in a situation where you might die?" She kept her tone even, kind, waiting for Feferi's reply with slow breaths. Her wings gently moving in and out. She wanted to hear Feferi's answer before doing anything, she didn't train with those who were unready, injury, death, they were unnecessary risks. Considering Roxanne thought it was important she didn't want to ruin it.

I don't know, I've felt this before, I called it the flow back when, when I fought against the queen, which she most likely told you about, I was able to just act with it, following instinct and striking as I came close." she explained, "And please don't patronise me just because I'm not as spiritually caring as you, I just see the world in a much more grounded view, it's a human thing, involving the fact that we will die in less than a hundred years." she explained, none too picky about going into it.

She nodded sagely, "I understand completely, I just needed to know you could maintain it even under duress." She waited for a moment before sending her wing out to whap Feferi in the back of the head, intending for her to feel it coming and avoid it. She wasn't going to move onto the harsher stuff without confidence in the girl's ability to dodge something more simple. Better to start easy and work up than start rough and kill someone.

Feferi felt it coming, sure, the problem was that the angel used those wings a lot most likely, which lead to a great deal of muscle and practice, where as Feferi was used to sitting at a desk and crunching numbers, and in the position she was in at the moment? It made it hard to bend over. Regardless, she tried it anyway, her breath being knocked out of her as she bent herself over, while the bottom layer of feathers brushed across the charred tips of her hair.

She smiled, "You did well for a noble, but you seem a bit out of practice with your body, would you perhaps like some help with that?" She offered, of course her help wouldn't initially be combat, no she planned on helping the girl get loose and limber, which would mean stretching exercises, more precisely, yoga. "There's a limit to your body due to habit, if you'd like I can help you loosen up, and hopefully speed up. Would you like that Feferi?" She continues waiting, pulling her wing back, gently patting Feferi's back.

Feferi groaned as she released her body from the contorted position, practically springing up and laying herself out on the grass, stretching out with a groan, "Can you please stop asking me questions like that? I mean, it's pretty obvious that I'm going to have to say yes so I'm able to get a bit of a power-up over the fucking monsters I'll have to fight." She pointed out, it being practically useless to ask if she wanted then when Aradia should be able to guess already!

She gently ruffled Feferi's hair, "There's no need to be impolite, we'll start on an excercise routine you can do every day before training. If you have courtly duties the kitsune are fantastic at number crunching, you can delegate responsibilities to them and check over their work at the end of the day." She slowly stood, "Lets begin with flexibility shall we? Stand up, take a deep breath in through the nose, out through the mouth. Slowly bring your hands up to the sky, and gently sway your frame to the right. Feel the muscle stretching out and hold it." She demonstrated, her body slowly tilting extending as she keeps up her breathing.

She waited a good minute she then moved to the left, "And now to the left, gently stretch out those muscles." She chuckled, "They're tricksters yes, but Roxanne left them under your charge, if they do anything that irks you, they have to answer to her. You can trust them they dislike seeing her angry more than anyone." She takes a slow breath in letting her muscles stretch out, "Now, bring your right leg up to your left knee, keep your balance. When you're ready bring your hands together over your head and stretch to the right."

Feferi sighed listening to the commands, following them without any trouble, adjusting slowly and carefully while she listened to the apparent 'sage' as they took part in the excercises. "I doubt they'd let anything show through, it would be all too simple to just adjust several pieces of paper work and then they can claim one thousand gold pieces." She pointed out, it being more common than not that one thousand would be spent on something out here in the middle of nowhere.

She sighed, "To what end though? They have little need for material goods." She shook her head sadly, stretching to the left next, asking Feferi to as well before moving on asking her to sit on the grass, and bring her legs out in the splits, then place both hands at her crotch on the ground to lift herself up, and hold the pose for a minute, doing it herself with practiced ease. "Why the distrust? Is something going on around here I should know about?"

She sighed as she heard it, "For all I know, they could be one of the traitors that could end up fucking us, as while I doubt it, one can never be too sure." she explained, before sitting down, following the instructions, though unable to get a full split due to her genitals having a small impact on the situation of being able to practice it more freely, but she tried to spread them as much as she could, which was a decent hundred and thirty or so degrees before lifting herself up and holding it. "So if I'm not careful, I may end up with a very, VERY disadvantageous situation regarding my treasury being emptied and all weaponry and armour within being stolen and used by the enemy." she explained.

They'd see no benefit in making enemies of man." She slowly transitioned from the splits to a handstand, instructing Feferi to do so before beginning to do push ups upside-down, asking Feferi to do thd same. "Roxanne is many things, petulant, bratty, ill-tempered, stupid is not one of them. Her family wouldn't betray her. They have to be near her, and she isn't the forgiving type."

Feferi watched the other in complete shock before swallowing and attempting it, slowly, and shakily, beginning to raise herself, getting half way to getting to a handstand before face planting into the ground with a groan, not even bothering to push herself back up and trying again, she knew she couldn't actually do that, but she had a go at it, "Human, not ridiculously powerful angel with wings to balance herself out." She pointed out, pushing herself into a kneeling position once again, watching the other in complete shock. "... Correction, human NOBLE not someone who works out constantly."

Aradia giggled, "Dear, you want to get stronger, when you fall get back up, try again. Let nothing stop your pursuit." She continued with her push ups, "So please, try again? You want to be stronger, you want to be useful. When you fail, if you still breathe, try again. When you stumble, pick yourself up and walk with your head held high." She was trying to encourage, "People are relying on you miss Feferi, for them and yourself, you can't give up, even if it seems impossible." Her tone was pleasant, reminding rather than holding it out like an ultimatum.

Feferi shook her head as she watched the other, "I can't do a push up like that, Aradia, I can promise you that, I was lucky that I was able to hold myself up for a minute like that... Well, not lucky, I knew what I was doing and was capable of doing it, but I lack the upper body strength to be able to rotate my body like you can." she explained, instead, she adjusted herself to lay on the ground, face down before taking a deep breath and pushing herself up with her forearms, her core already starting to hurt as she began to push herself up and onto her hands, before slowly lowering herself back onto her forearms, a mix of planking and push ups that would work out her core and her arms at the same time.

She nodded, "Very well Feferi, with time, I must say though, you have a nice village, if you'd like to work on your lower body as well, perhaps we could jog some time?" She was curious if the girl ever considered it, continuing her own push ups before twisting her back behind her head, taking on the table pose, letting out slow breaths. "We'll be working up your endurance, 10 push ups a day until you're used to it, then 25 then 50 and so on, the end goal is one hundred. I'd say a mile jog a day perhaps intermittent sprinting between it?" She's more asking if Feferi's comfortable with it than if she wants to, the girl has to work at her own pace to progress. She clears her throat, "And if I'm going too hard on you, please tell me, it won't do to injure yourself and have to miss days of practice."

Feferi gave a nod as she continued with her own pushups, going well past ten, and heading towards twenty at this point, though she wasn't absolutely sure if she would make it all the way to twenty five today. "Fine, I can deal with jogging through the village, but we need to... need to make sure that we get y-you some way to be understood as an ally b-by the monsters..." She murmured, panting heavily, her stomach quivering and her arms shaking as she hit the twenty third, pushing herself to make the twenty fourth. "A-And sparring...?"

She shook her head, "No sparring. We can't afford you missing days from injury. I might have you practice a serene mind by bringing my wings at you, but no real attacks until you're used to that." She clears her throat, "I do hope you understand, there's little I can do to help you if you have severe injuries, so we're going to work on avoiding them until you can avoid actual attacks." She slowly picks herself up, bringing a hand down to offer to Feferi to pull her up and help her to her feet. "We need you ready every day from now on, there's no time to waste."

Feferi knew that, but she ignored the hand for the moment as she lowered herself onto her forearms once more, breathing heavily, before pushing herself up once more, her arms shaking and threatening to give way underneath her, but she still pushed herself, sweat dripping off her forehead as she placed both forearms onto the ground before collapsing, panting heavily, her body aching as she rolled herself onto her back, "I-I can take the attacks, I t-took Roxanne at her full power... I know I can take yours." she growled before trying to slow her breathing, to let her body calm and let her heart rate return to normal, her stomach heaving as she used her diaphragm to pull in as much air as she could.

Aradia proceeded to shake her head, "You fought a replica body that was just unsealed and starved for energy. In a form it couldn't even maintain normally. For a single attack." She stared down at Feferi, "I fought her, and the five other original monsters at their fullest in ambushes while they were at their best. Each time, I beat them soundly." Her eyes grew harsh as reality set in, "If you think yourself capable of fighting the second Seraph created by God, you are a fool. If I wished I could drag stars out of the sky all the way to hell."

She squatted down in front of Feferi, "Do you think me so blinded by who my creator is, that I would fail to realize what she's asking for?" Her gaze only became harsher, "Do you expect someone righteous, filled with thoughts of virtue could stand idle seeing what the one who created her had become? She's not my god anymore. She's a beast a monster."

She mused out loud, "It's because one of the first things that my mother did was to destroy a town occupied by humans and monsters that had nothing to do with the war. She killed humans and monsters alike, just for coexisting." She paused, "I always hesitated to kill, because I realized I was on the wrong side, the people I was fighting wanted coexistence, my mother wanted to kill them for existing, and if not for Heinrich, would have pushed to do so until the world was ripped apart by her petty power struggle. The woman who nurtured me, and created me even created your race, would have willingly killed you all for the crime of association. So you tell me right now, would you have preferred I stay there, watching in horror as everyone and everything was destroyed?"
