Oops, that was the most recent of several times I'd accidentally brought up things from previous conversations she'd had with darling. A bit uncomfortable, but she didn't seem to notice, so no harm done. "I suppose. It would be a nice break, though. Because nothing says relaxation better than running around and being bruised by balls of pigment."

"Also the sounds of screaming children as you chase after them." Wait, that was a lot darker than she intended.

"..........." I couldn't help but laugh. It sounded both so appropriate and so wrong coming from her.

The laughter from him made her smile. Whew, it didn't sound too psychotic then.

The atmosphere was contagiously pleasant. What wonders a clean kitchen can produce. "I hope the place doesn't have an age limit, then, if that's what you're looking forward to." I was still laughing a little, and I wasn't sure why. It was definitely better than when I'd been laughing hysterically at the prospect of going insane. I could get used to this.

"Yes, please. Have an age limit of Two hundred. I'd love to see that." She joked. "Then again, a human who is two hundred shouldn't even be near those types of places."

"A paintball place with a 'seniors night'; that would be shut down in a week. Vampires-only paintball? Maybe with garlic and only red paint."

"Don't forget the smell of iron plastered over the walls."
2015-04-30 23:46:51 -

"And the sticky floors."

" With...oh what vampire stereotypes are there...coffins as the doors or something?"
2015-04-30 23:48:17 -

"Yes. The obstacles are giant crucifixes and hanging bats."

" Don't forget the cheap plastic fangs."

"Naturally. And everyone has to wear a cloak. There are also mirrors scattered about."

" And if someone can see your reflection then you're kicked out."

I laughed. "Exactly. I'm sure this would be a high-profit business, why has no one ever done this before?"
2015-04-30 23:55:18 -
●
"Because no vampire has become crazy enough to do it yet. "

"Fortunately, you know several who are approaching that level of insanity. It should happen sometime in the near future."
2015-04-30 23:57:08 -
●
"Yeah, if they don't kill everyone first."
2015-04-30 23:58:01 -
🌀
"....fair point. Let's hope they have their priorities straight."
2015-04-30 23:59:06 -
●
"Which I doubt."

"Come now, who /wouldn't/ prefer starting a paintball arena over violently murdering everyone they come across?"
2015-05-01 00:00:54 -
●
"...Spyders." She was at least somewhat serious about it.
2015-05-01 00:03:41 -
🌀
"Well, I'm sure we can convince him otherwise." I wasn't serious at all. Sarcasm kept the obvious issue of a sadistic murderer in the vicinity at bay.

"Yes, I'll send you in with a flare gun that screams 'kill me please'" she was back to sarcastic in an instant.

"And then fire it directly into his face, causing him to go blind and have no other option but the obvious choice to get in on the paintball business."
