Upon hearing Seculus's arrival, Lily slipped out of the kitchen and made her way towards his table. "Heyyy." she greeted with a smile. "I haven't seen you in a while. How have you been."

Ivory of course, went quiet. New people weren't something she wanted to deal with right now, besides, it looked like she knew Seculus very well. Let them have their moment.

Ivory just shook her head.

"I'll be back with with your hot chocolate, then." Lily moved towards the kitchen.

Once Lily left, Ivory spoke. "She's right, you know. Hot Chocolate does help." She pulled out a peppermint from her pocket. "Here, but this in it when she comes back. It'll taste better."

I took it silently and tried not to cry. All I did was.....say hello.....and she's already gone.........because of........because I'm insane..........? She'd said so before, and now she knew she was right, she was done bothering with me........even though I'm the only person left for her to talk to, I'm still........not worth it......I didn't know it could hurt just as much the second time.

The hot chocolate was brought back and set down, Lily slipped back into the kitchen. The door to the front of the restaurant opened, and two women walked in.

Anndrea and Scyleia.

They hadn't noticed them yet, but of course Ivory noticed her. She leaned over and whispered into Seculus's ear. "Is that the girl Anndrea left you for?" She asked.

Without hesitance, Ivory already knew what to do. She stood up, making a loud sound with the chair when she stood. She slipped off her jacket, placed it around Seculus's shoulders, and moved the chair with her heel a bit closer to him before sitting back down.

Ivory smiled. Well, at least she was glad she was with him today. She glanced over where Anndrea sat out of the corner of her eye, then looked back to Seculus. "You're doing great already." She quietly spoke. At least now they were close enough that no one else could hear them speak.
