Yes, they'd found out what she'd said to Seculus. And...even if it was a bit cruel in the moment, she was right to an extent. These ones especially went right to her and sat there, waiting for an answer she'd already said she didn't know how to give. They ran after her, leaving the lights in the dust.

Madison had finally gotten his hands on everything Ren needed to banish Dameien, and they were setting things up in the central room of the house, which happened to be the living room. Hopefully the gang wouldn't barge in in the middle, that could end badly. Ren sprinkled salt over a red chalk circle carefully. "...you're going to clean this up, right?" Madison asked. "Yeah, I'll vacuum when I'm done. I got washable chalk, so it'll come right off."
