He sat down on the couch, playing with the toy cat Seculus had given him. He was glad she was happy. Especially since Lance had told him she was going through rough times recently. ....he wished he could be there for her more. This was the least he could do.

She retrieved a canvas covered by a messy paint rag and came back downstairs. "It's not much, but here." She handed it out to him.

If it weren't for the fact Seculus was out right now, she would be blushing. It was a painting of herself from the side artistically nude, her long locks covering her face as well as her breasts. An red apple was in her small hand, and she wrote in a calligraphy pen at the top "And so the lion" and at the bottom "Fell in love with the lamb". To her...it really wasn't that much, but it was the least she could do for him.
