This mess was just. /Ugh./ Everything was going wrong. Phantez knew what Ren was. She couldn't go to Serendipity. Seculus wouldn't listen to her. And at the most crucial times for her to be alone, she couldn't. Or she'd risk someone following her. Well, she could leave, but...ah fuck it. It's been a while, but she could still do it. Just a short walk to clear her head. Once everyone in the home was finally asleep, Ivory slipped out the back door. Easy enough. Then, up and over the privacy fence that separated her back yard to the street. They probably wouldn't even notice she was gone. This was too easy for her. She didn't think they would find her here, but just in case, her knife was in her back pocket. Down the sidewalk she went.

.......I should apologize.......Ivory says I have enough already, but I know it's not enough. Nothing's enough.... When I woke up, she wasn't in bed. I have a bad feeling. I hope she's not... But...she must just be in the basement again, of course, so I..............I passed the front window on the way to check and glanced outside. I saw someone move from the yard to the sidewalk. Who's.....wait. Is that Ivory? Is she leaving? Is she going to leave like Terezi did, 'for our own safety', is she going to leave and not come back...?!

His heart began to race and he clutched at his sleeves. "Ahh....ahhhuh....! I-IVORY!" The front door slammed open and he stumbled out after her.
