"Jackson, what the hell are you doing?" Ivory spoke from the top of the steps, dressed head to toe in her tony cosplay.

Welp, looks like the jig is up. In the deepest voice he could muster, he spoke.

"Yes?" The cat turned into a green-skinned, green-haired fellow in a black turtleneck and snappy greenish brown suit jacket, small wings darker than usual. Cale then fainted.

Lux didn't come back after chasing away Phantez's and Rudy's oddball visitors, and she certainly didn't explain anything. At this point, they both were truly starting to believe they were on some kind of high. Phantez's only solution was to ask Ivory, since, well....she had experienced shit. Maybe she had a clue. Neither of them knew about the new place, so their first and only stop was the shop. Lucky for them, it was occupied. Phantez pushed the door open, entering ahead of his roommate.

Ivory had just finished throwing out old magazines when Phantez entered the shop. She turned and smiled. "Oh hey. Looking for Ren or?"

"Nah, you look fine. This is Rudy. He's a weirdo. "V....v...." "Velcro?" "V-vampire! She's a /vampire/!" He was pointing at her with a shaking hand and trying to back up out the front door.

There was a black, bloodstained cloud around her. It whispered of death and a parasitic existence, mixed with immortality and connections beyond words. It scared him, and somehow, to him, it screamed /vampire/.
