Hmm...well a tizzy could be interesting. And the kissing was convincing him of that. So after a few moments he readjusted his position to make kissing and otherwise easier for both them. Once they were comfortably adjusted, Gamzee lightly placed his fingertips on Tavros's knee, ghosting small circles there before moving up an inch or two. This was definitely very different from before, and he took his time moving up to brush just above the hem of Tavros's thigh high.

●
The slower pace was delightfully different. Tavros could savor every touch and relish in every kiss this way. He had never felt such a lovely sensation on his skin, and he slipped a hand beneath Gamzee's shirt again, warm palm against his pelvic bone and stomach before retreating to his grub scars. He kept his fingers on the outer edge of his lowest scar before gradually moving upwards to test just how sensitive he was. With some trolls, the feeling was too great and overstimulation was quick; he could only wonder with Gamzee. Inclining his leg to his touch, he dipped down, kissing his neck with a growl mixed with a purr, "I suppose I will be the first one to ever give you, a love bite," He mused against his skin, but he decided he would wait until they had a more private setting than just a spare room in an apartment.
2014-10-01 02:09:03 -
🌀
"Mhmm," Gamzee hummed in affirmation of that fact. He didn't think he could speak well he was purring so much. The sensation he was getting from his grub scars he didn't really know what to make of. It was utterly pleasant, and was what was causing the deep rumble to rise from his chest. If he had a choice he might just lay there and enjoy that forever. Though it did feel like it could eventually get annoying, it wasn't soon. He moved his neck and head to give Tavros more room to kiss his neck if he wanted, quite fond of the kiss he'd placed there just before. Surprisingly so, he thought; Gamzee noted to remember that for later. Concentrating on Tavros, he dipped his fingertips just into the hem of his thigh highs, not intending to lower them any, just teasing at the skin there as he ran his hands to the backs of the copperblood's legs. He placed his hands there, half of his hands on skin and the other half on sock as he gently massaged the muscles in circular patterns, dipping his head to kiss Tavros's temple and hair, confronted by a horn he was unsure if he should touch or not.
2014-10-01 02:31:51 -
●
The base of his horns were an erogenous zone that Tavros just assumed was the same for all trolls, so he didn't elaborate on it. Instead, he kissed at his neck and jaw, the kisses slow and careful. Tavros wished to display his love through his actions, making them deliberate and gentle. His hand moved from his grub scar to his hip, taking hold there softly if only to touch more skin as he pulled away from the kisses on his collarbone to gaze affectionately into Gamzee's violet eyes. "I love you," He stated simply, but the gravity of his words resonated in his heart and he rubbed noses with him, "Nothing in this entire universe, could ever stop me from loving you."
2014-10-01 02:46:11 -
🌀
Avoiding that for now, and probably a long while --Gamzee still wasn't that comfortable with much more than what they'd ventured into-- he was beginning to expect that was how Tavros's horns worked. He must have skipped that section in his reading.
Tavros's steady actions feel lovely, and he's glad he's kind of slowing down a little. He sighs at the sweet kisses, the love being perfectly communicated. Warmth blooms up behind his chest, pulling the corners of his lips up and putting a twinkle in his purple eyes as he looked into Tavros's irises of coppery brown. "I love you too. I'll always love you." He sealed that promise with a tender kiss before pulling back to look at Tavros lovingly.

As the two lovebirds were announcing their affections, a tealblood, familiar with the apartment complex, rapped her knuckles against the door.
Kanaya, who had been busying herself then with creating new sketches and revamping old ones, heard the door and made her way to it, questioning, "Yes, who is it?" She, normally, would have just opened the door, but one could never be too careful.
Terezi, on the other side, called, "What's cooking on the fire?"
Puzzled, she repeated it to herself with confusion, "Cooking on the fire..?"
2014-10-01 22:07:31 -

Karkat had followed her over since he had remained in the kitchen reading, and was curious who could be at the door. "Oh, it's Terezi," he said in quiet explanation before knocking twice and opening the door. He shut it behind her after she was inside.
'Just who we needed to see,' he signed to her. 'Fortuitous that you arrived so soon, actually. Can I offer you a cup of tea or a cupcake perhaps?' Karkat figured he might as well be polite, and just got in the habit of signing right away.
"This is Kanaya, but maybe you've met her before?" he did eventually say in way of introduction.
2014-10-01 22:22:27 -
●
Terezi stepped in, her expression lighting up when she recognized the jadeblood, "Kanaya, darling!" As she moved in for an embrace, she signed to Karkat, 'No, thanks. I've gotta run briefly.'
"How have you been, Maryam?" Terezi carried on a normal conversation with the slightly flustered Kanaya, while simultaneously signing to Karkat, 'I've got interesting news about HUED. One of their higher officers has recently been detained for being the mastermind behind the Train Incident. They're interrogating him now but if past law is anything to go by, he'll face life in prison or even execution. Ain't it grand?'
"I could be better," She admitted, "I believe HUED has broken into my shop and destroyed my items. I took my most valuable possessions and fled back to Starnette."
"Don't you worry, darling," Terezi assured, "I can promise you that won't happen ever again."
2014-10-01 23:25:41 -
🌀
The cherry blooded troll didn't really think she could guarantee that, unless the Zodiac were watching around her place now? Just because one of the higher officers was potentially being jailed didn't mean the lower operatives or other high officers couldn't mess with her or any of them.
'That is good but do you really think they'll punish him? There won't be some loophole for him to get off of any charges if the queen favors him? But we also need to ask you something. Alice got a scroll from some brown blood while he was out. It was an invitation to Rial, to meet with their government. We're unsure how legitimate that was and wondered if you knew if the Rialans would do that or if it potentially was sent by the Zodiac? Obviously we don't want to go if it's some elaborate trick by the government of Starnette,' Karkat signed.
2014-10-01 23:39:33 -
●
'It's likely,' She replied, 'Undlegire's a hot spot for trade with Starnette, helps keep their crazy economy afloat. Shutting down trade like that, especially with all the people that travel between the two could really fuck with Starnette's economy. If they don't punish him for the slaughtering of midbloods, they'll at least punish him for terrorism and threats against financial stability.' Terezi gave a shrug, 'They can't risk losing Undlegire over some highblooded blunder.'
'As for the scroll, I hadn't heard anything about it. Seems like something the Rialans would do, they're an awful friendly lot. Bet they're paying your expenses, too. Good eye, though, can't be too paranoid nowadays.' Terezi smiled widely, displaying her sharp teeth, "Well, I just thought I might stop by and say hello! Is there anything else you wanna tell me?"
2014-10-01 23:46:51 -
🌀
Karkat supposed since they viewed Undlegire so highly there was actually a good chance of punishment for this higher up. That was kind of a relief, even if he was pessimistic about his encarceration or death impacting a lot in the group. Of course he had no idea how large HUED was, so it could have made a bigger impact than he expected.
"No, I don't think so." Karkat said, he signed shortly after. 'Unless you know a good way to get there. We were going to take the train partway to be less traceable.' That was a relief. He was honestly a little surprised at the friendliness of the lowblood people there, assuming all the hardships would make them more reticent to company. Perhaps, he reasoned, it was a defense against getting seen as the monsters they supposedly were. It certainly would be an interesting trip.

The Rialans were, largely, a fair, kind people. It was a city that became a refuge for the oppressed, where being farther away from warmer hues made it easier for people to flourish. Terezi found it simple to reside there, and probably would have lived there indefinitely if it wasn't for get line of work. "Righto then! May as well get going," She signed as she inched towards the door, 'The train is probably best. Taking it the whole way shouldn't pose too many issues for you, though. Whatever you all feel inclined to, not my decision.' Terezi gave a grand, sweeping bow before leaving, stating that they could always get in touch through Borina should they need anything and her superior was 'mixing in with the blues.' She hoped that was good enough code for him being in Rial.
Kanaya gave a bit of a sigh, her arms crossed under her chest. "Perhaps this going-out will be good for us. The closest we will get to a vacation."

"It should be good. Hell, I'll be able to get out of this city, I'm damn excited." Now that Karkat was more sure it wasn't a trap of some sort, he was much more comfortable to looking forward to their journey. "I got some information from her too, I'll have to write it down for you all. ...would you like a cupcake? I'm afraid if I don't eventually offer Tavros will accuse me of hording them again," he laughed.
Karkat crossed into the other room, picking up a clipboard, quill, and paper and writing everything he'd learned from Terezi in sign. This he handed off to Kanaya for perusal before going to the respiteblocks to tell the others the news. He started with Vriska and Eridan, filling them in quickly and quietly before moving to Gamzee and Tavros's room, knocking politely.

"A cupcake? Sure, thanks, dear." She made her way into the kitchen, humming to herself as she took a bite. It had been a stressful few days, and a glass of blue blue blood and a cupcake eased any residual tensions.
Tavros perked at the knock, suddenly being reminded of past moments with lovers, and he almost scrambled to get dressed before he remembered that he and Gamzee had only been cuddling. He sat up, smoothing out his hair quickly (to avoid looking like anything more had happened) and called, "Come in!"
Vriska ran her hands through her hair, inspecting it for split ends as she glanced to Eridan, "What do you think, Marchie? Do you think the government really will follow through and lay down the law on that HUED asshole?"

Gamzee sat up cross-legged on the bed, thinking Tavros's sudden mad dash was a little strange but didn't pay it much mind. He straightened himself out a little before Karkat came in.
The cherry troll filled them in on the HUED agent situation, and the Rialan invitation especially. He also mentioned the train but thought for safety's sake perhaps Tavros's idea was better for all of them. Also that there was an agent of the Zodiac --Terezi's superior-- in Rial.
"I'm not sure, Vris. I suppose if Undlegire is that important it's possible, but I wouldn't exactly hold my breath. But I'm a cynical bastard when it comes to all that. Probably it will depend on who he was working for: if it was just for his own ends or someone elses's."
2014-10-02 21:05:30 -
●
He tilted his head in thought, "Do you think we should talk to Terezi's superior then? Perhaps get things straightened out completely." He really did not want Zodiac getting the wrong idea about what they stood for, and he wondered how hard it would be to get Zodiac in on the meeting with the government.
"I'm sure if it comes out that he was, indeed, working for his own goals, they'll fuck him over." Then again, she really could not be too sure. Vriska flipped her hair over her shoulders, looking down at her plain claws and wondering if she had packed any nail polish, "I can't tell what's more dangerous. HUED or the part of HUED that's in cahoots with those goddamn royal rusts."
2014-10-02 21:12:53 -
🌀
"I think that might be a good idea, yes. If they're going to act on our plans we don't want them going about it the wrong way, do we? So we'll have to at least make sure that they know what we're about. Of course, our speech might clear some of that up. ...I wonder if anyone will ask us a lot of questions."
"Probably both... the ones that aren't are loose canons and could attack whenever they feel like it. But the ones with the royals have goals and support." Eridan was simply reclining and looking up at Vriska, thinking about their journey to come. "Are you excited to get out of Starnette again? See someplace that won't be bothered by us at all? Or at least I assume from what we've been told."

She nodded, "Traveling's in my blood, it would be too hard to be stationary for too long." Vriska often moved from place to place, indulging many days by voyaging off to different lands. But, since she was fond of warmer weather, she normally did not venture north at all and stayed close to islands and the coasts. "It is always strange to be around bluebloods or just colderbloods in general."
"I am okay with questions," Tavros smiled, "But speeches? Eh...not so much. I hope we can really enlighten them some. It is just kind of, uh...overwhelming to think that we are starting to become known in other places."
2014-10-02 22:04:31 -
🌀
"Really? Why's that? I'd think you'd like it. Or is it just because you can't pocket their treasures because they aren't loaded like these highbloods?" Eridan teased, smiling up at her.
"Yea, that it is." Karkat mumbled. "But at least it won't be like here. I'm tired of being cooped up with the imminent threat of disaster. ...we should probably write up at least rough points to talk about. Hopefully it will be more informal so we don't have to worry too much about extremely professional decorum."
2014-10-02 22:21:48 -

She snorted in amusement, poking at his cheeks playfully. "Unfathomable! I just find it weird to be around like-hued people. I am normally alone or with seadwellers, after all," Even when she visited the islanders, Vriska felt strangely out of place, despite sharing the same colored blood.
He laughed, "I hope! I could not manage such stuffy disposition even if I tried," Tavros was too fun loving to be so professional all the time; hencoukd probably manage it for an hour or two but it wouldn't be consistent. "At least our expenses are taken care of. It will be something to ease our blood pushers, a bit."
2014-10-02 22:30:33 -

"Hmm, I suppose so. Being around so many landdwellers is very strange. You all and your lacking gills and fins," Eridan lamented sarcastically. "It will be an experience, certainly. Just think, it will be the first time Karkat has really been out to see others, besides for our group, in all those sweeps. And the first time Gamzee will ever meet another landweller purple! It will be interesting to see how they react, won't it?"
"The whole trip might calm us down. Something relaxing in between stressful situations. I'm not looking forward to eventually returning," Karkat grumbled. Really he would have liked to have left Starnette for good as soon as he had been broken out.
2014-10-02 22:39:05 -

Vriska couldn't imagine what they could do, but she knew it would be a sight to see. Two isolated people coming to a large place where they would be accepted without a shadow of a doubt, it was a recipe for either disaster or happiness. Perhaps a mixture of both. "Aye, that's for sure. I could not even think of being that pushed away from society like that, and only with mushrooms or shitty novels to entertain me, no less."
Tavros smiled knowingly, "Me, either. If I could avoid Starnette for the rest of my days, I probably would. Undlegire is a much nicer place. It is a city but it is situated more like, uh, a nice town. For being so huge, the people are awfully sweet." He let out a dreamy sigh, "I would love to travel all through, uh, Wonderland, not just this tiny section."
2014-10-02 23:47:32 -

"Mhmm. It's actually been easier to have been a seadweller. Kind of strange to think about since we're supposed to be the bottom of the stack. ...we might have to run some damage control to keep them from getting overwhelmed. ...actually, do you think you'll be alright?" Sure she'd gotten used to Gamzee, but would she still be afraid of other purples?
"Traveling does sound nice. Though I'd probably get quite tired at first. I did try to exercise but there is only so much one can do in a cell. I'm really looking forward to it though, actually not feeling trapped for once. ...sorry, that's probably depressing. ...it's kind of nerve-wracking though. Do you think they'll all think I'm still some strange highblood mutant? I don't want to be treated differently just because my blood's red..." Words were just pouring from Karkat now, and it was only after he was done talking he realized maybe it wasn't exactly the best context, probably a quadrant behavior, but he could always plead ignorance to lessen some of his own embarrassment, he supposed, and it wasn't all together a lie either.
2014-10-03 19:27:23 -

She glanced up unexpectedly, not anticipating that sort of question. Vriska hadn't really thought that she would feel strange should she be in a place full of violets. She knew they were supposedly savages, but the same was said for seadwellers and she did not believe that for a split second. "Of course. Eridan, there are always going to be shit stacks around. I'll give Rialans the benefit of the doubt, but it won't strike me as monumental if we meet a few that are not so friendly."
The confessions of sorts did seem to lean more towards a pale light. Tavros did not know what to make of it. He glanced subtly to Gamzee before beginning carefully, "Do not worry, I think that the Rialans will like you plenty. I believe that, because Rial is something of a sanctuary for, uh, blues and violets, they will be friendly to you. I do not find it plausible that they will be mean to you when I believe they know you are a mutant and were subject to your own oppressions."

"Oh, of course," Eridan was happy with that answer. There were always less savory types in any group. "I wonder what the city will be like. How nice they'll have been able to set things up... this is going to be so intriguing! I'm so excited," the seadweller smiled, fins high and happy. "I am so curious about this place. It's supposed to be near the ocean! Perhaps there will be time to make a trip for a proper swim."
That wasn't all together what Karkat was worried about, and was about to explain when Gamzee piped up, figuring out more of what the cherryblood meant. "I don't think they'll all up and be to deferential. And even if they are just treatin' 'em like equals like you want should get the picture across." Gamzee had also caught Tavros's look, so was a little more open with sharing, seeing the opportunity.
Karkat looked up, a little surprised and grateful. "Yea, thanks you two... I think I'll go back to my book." Smiling a little Karkat closed the door and left back to the kitchen.
