Interesting, so Rose chose to limit her power then...?" she asked, rather unsure, "And if you're so powerful, couldn't you just deal with one yourself...? Or are you scared that you'll be taken as a boy with your... Petite figure?" she asked, genuinely curious, as most monsters she had met so far had them! So she was honestly confused as to why one so powerful would choose not to, when ones such as Porrim had such large ones...

  She sighed, "She did it to fit in easily, that area had a fertlity spell of some magnitude backfire, you've seen the repercussions of that, as for me? Never had a need for it, and with monster affairs it pays to be in top form." She stretches out, "If you aren't going to be at your absolute best from the start, you might as well not be at all. If I ever got enticed to, sure, but until then, normal is okay with me." She loosed a yawn eyeing Feferi.

  She gave a nod, her unsureness now quelled, but she felt bad when she heard the woman's words... "Absolute best from the start, huh...?" she asked, suddenly feeling worried about her small town... She had so much riding on her and she couldn't DO her very best because everyone else was making choices and moving before they even asked her, despite saying that they supported and were going to follow her!

She rolled her neck lightly. "Which is good, but monsters are more about taking charge and if need be leading it. You say there's a war? We say when and where. You say there's a job to be done, we say how soon." She yawned again, "It's simply a cultural difference thing."

  She sighed, shaking her head, "That's not the point... No one is saying that to me! No one is waiting for me to say that! You all put your trust in me, but then you just all turn your backs and deal with your own things! Rose didn't even consult me about giving you that assignment she gave you! And she me to tell you that I should see the elementals, but you don't listen! None of you do because I'm just some stupid human upstart governess who you can just fuck around with!"

  She groaned, "Relax baroness, I can take you there but you will want some experience and skills prior to that. The spirits test their weilders. If you don't pass, well death would be a mercy." She pats Feferi with a tail. "You do want to survive this, and Rose wants you to, which is why I don't intend to throw you in completely blind to get utterly destroyed." She shakes her head "Rose always forgets the testing part."

  "Or Rose believes that my combat abilities are enough..." She murmured, shaking her head as she pushed herself to her feet, pausing as she moved to pick up the armour, "... My point still stands however, that none of your trust me, you all move on your own, without trusting the one who you said you supported...   She sighs, "I don't intend to, and while your combat proficiency is amirable for a human. You'll be fighting worse than humans. Meaning I'd rather you know how to deal with monsters before throwing you at their lairs." She opened her fan, "Trust is a two way street Feferi, you're going to need to trust my judgement. You have a year to prepare after all."

  She sighed as she heard it, this annoying her to no end, "You expect me to grow in a year to be strong enough to take on a monster, when the last time I fought one, the only reason I survived was because of a magical blade? Roxy, you are putting too much trust in me..." She muttered, shaking her head before moving from the room, intent to just go to her own, the day had taken it out of her and she wasn't sure just how much more she could handle...

  She shook her head, "You fought the equivalent of a demigod. I expect you to grow enough to fight a normal monster." She stretched out, "Unless you're sure that you're too weak to beat a regular monster." She gave a sly look a grin spreading on her face, "Or you could just subject yourself to the Purple Sabbath to grow more powerful." She chuckled, "Of course that'd be rather hard to explain to your people, but if it's necessary..."

  She ignored the girl, and just continued on her way to her bed, she never said she was too weak to fight a monster, she was just pointing out a small piece of information, that there was too much trust placed in her for the limited amount of power that was being trusted to her. With that though, the door slammed shut, and an angry, upset, betrayed and stressed the fuck out Feferi moved to the bed before collapsing onto it with a heave of a sigh gushing forth from her lungs.

  Roxanne let her be, her aides moving to attend to Feferi the next day, she left a note to show her travel plan for Feferi and suggested she use the net 10 days to relax. After all, she'd have angels in tow then, and it would be hellish training from then on. Her aides began to work on the upkeep of the mansion running errands, overseeing projects. Rose was busy setting up an interrogation room forthe traitors, and Porrim was directing her people, just some sleepy days ahead.

  Feferi did as she was recommended, seeing nothing else to do, as everyone else had a job, everyone else but her it seemed... SO she rested, she took the time to meditate and relax and while still overseeing her small estate, which didn't take much work in all honesty, but she still continued it, organising for training of those that wanted to train to use the coliseum, though it quickly turned into a small gambling area, where she began to make a bit more money to put into the war effort, in time, she had her smith repairing the armour, shining it and sharpening the blade of the sword at the same time while Feferi herself was left to try and relax, awaiting for when Roxy returned.

  And Roxy sent the first angel ahead, a girl with long flowing blonde hair and bright eyes, her wings plumed out, monsters hissed at her as she entered the village, waving at thepeople despite the anger, she came to the mansion and knocked before sitting down. She had to teach a girl to fight it seemed, she was the bloodletter of the angels, in the first war, her blade struck down fights, and yet.... her opponents tended to survive, an oddity in the war. She sat against the wall of the mansion, sighing as she took in the sun.

  Feferi sighed as she heard the knock, knowing that it was going to be someone irregular, due to the single fact anyone else would have just walked in, and if they were the humans, they would have just gone to one of the monsters instead, as many of them could solve the problems they had. Shaking her head, she placed her quill into the inkwell before pushing herself to her feet and making her way down the stairs and into the foyer before adjusting her skirt, having just gone with a skirt and singlet today, with a lovely pair of leggings, but naturally no underwear. Pulling the door open, she turned on her heel before heading into the lounge to take a seat on the couch, "Come in, no point waiting outside..."

  Aradia stayed outside, listening to the birds chirping. "We should talk out here miss Feferi. It's lovely out today, we should make the most of it." She held her hand out letting a bird land on it as she petted its head, "Besides, I was told you needed instruction in the art of war. It wouldn't do to devestate your manor you know." She slowly got up, waiting at the door, "And away from your people, they don't want to see their leader sweat dear." Her voice was silken, near flawless, fitting for an angel. She politely bowed her head to the budding ruler as a show of respect, her wings stretched out slightly. Brilliant white feathers, her hair flowing down to her rotund ass, she was dressed in little more than rust red silken straps of fabric, a long piece around her neck covering her nipples. Her breasts appeared to be DD cups, her figure lithe, compact, she stood at 5'4" her legs long slender, her body without blemish. A golden halo floated above her head radiating holy energy, lightly of course, she came in peace.

  Feferi sighed before pushing herself to her feet, none too pleased that she had arrived today of all days. Picking herself off the couch, she walked back up the stairs before coming back down with her rapier on her hip and the back of armour pieces over her shoulder. "Very well, you're the expert here..." she muttered in annoyance before stepping outside, "Though they have seen me sweat before, I see no difference in them seeing it now, it just shows them that I'm also human." She pointed out, not seeing any point in making them think of her as some form of demigod...

  She walked towards a clearing outof town, "Come along, dear, it's not about them not seeing you sweat, so much as it is they not see you train. If you want to earn respect, you can't be seen as trying too hard." She chided before finding a flat spot of grass sitting down and patting the grass next to her, "Which is why you'll be learning how to hone something non-physical first, come, sit with me." She smiled lightly, slowly closing her eyes and relaxing her breath as she waited for Feferi. The scene seemed odd of course, an angel peacefully sitting next to a town filled to the brim with monsters? What utter madness.

  Feferi shook her head as she followed the woman, "Sounds very stupid to me, if they see me working hard, that would inspire them in turn to work harder as they will see that this is clearly very important." she reasoned, before sitting down next to the angle, crossing her legs and settling into her meditation position, her hand placed upon each knee.

  She sighed relieved, "Good you have the basics down, water and wind, both can be used by humans. However it's difficult to do, but in battle against humans and monsters? Water is essential." She let out a slow breath, "Feel the world around you, the air, the people, the opponents, can you feel it miss Feferi? Can you feel the waves in the air, flowing from us?" She paused waiting for her answer completely calm, at ease.

"I can feel the air, though I wouldn't call them waves, more gusts." she explained, hoping that that was what this hippie was trying to get at, as it was easy to feel the air, to feel it flowing off and diverting from one and feeling the effects of that.

Her eyes remained closed, she was still calm just a bit disappointed, it was a hard skill to learn but to discount it as her tone seemed to indicate.   She smiled, "Aradia Megido, and the air, or movement through it, every serious warrior learns it. It's just hard to figure out without a teacher." She took in a breath, "The air is a wonderful conduit for movement, in practical sense what a Serene mind entails, is for you to synchronize with the air around yourself, trusting its flow. When someone moves, so does the air, rippling as a wave. You start to feel your opponents movements as waves through the air around you. It's supposed to help you anticipate and avoid attacks." She sighs, "It's not without weakness, if someone can control their thirst for blood and intent, it dampens the waves."

  She gave a nod, trying to imagine it in her mind, closing her eyes as she did so. Moving her hand from its place on her knee, to in front of her, keeping her eyes closed as she began to move it, trying to feel the waves that flowed from it before nodding. "Yes, it's what I said, I can feel the gust that comes off and away from the body with movement and adjustment of the body." She explained, "Sometimes while I might seem disinterested, I am paying attention." she explained.
