He blushed. "Heh..." He titled his neck towards Cronus. Second puberty sucked for everyone except betas. Who..didn't really get one. Unfair.

Alphas shot up in height and developed knots. Not to mention their balls nearly doubled in size, sending more seed to their omegas.

Omegas got the short end of the stick. Their balls were already small, and they eventually receeded back inside, followed by the lovly painful development of a birth channel. Most had their first litter within two years of it developing. Babies were unusual as well. Women tended to have twins and triplets, while men had single children.

Kankri and Karkats parents were both Betas. Their grandparents on the other hand...well. They had a lot of aunts and cousins on their mothers side.
