Ivory quietly sat in a chair of the shop. She had only been in New York for maybe a couple weeks now. Of course, she liked it. It was much like Miami, except colder, but she was still getting used to things, like Lance's friends. He wanted her to meet one of them. Swore up and down that she'd love him to death, but...she couldn't be too sure. Ivory was never good with first impressions.

Lance opened the shop door, and a man was behind him. "Ivory, meet Cale. He's a vampire as well."
