Oh, what a surprisingly joyous day. Even cold as my apparent soul as it was. Finally, my wings had grown back, and I just /had/ to show Ivory. Whatever it was she'd thought Pluto might help me with, she had been a bit of a comfort. Tassek hadn't shoved her down the garbage....disposal.....yet........good heavens, that was certainly a morbid thought. Would he actually do that? No. He isn't that heartless. She's a pet, not an idiot. I pushed open the shop door, smile a bit brighter than usual.

Ivory and Cameron were sitting in the middle off the shop's floor, playing the game of life. "NO IVORY THAT IS THE THIRD CAR YOU'VE FILLED UP WITH YOUR FUCKIN KIDS!" Cameron shouted. "That's it! You see this card, luv? I'm the doctor. YOU'RE GETTING AN ABORTION AND STERILIZED!"

Ivory was in a fit of giggles. "Cammie it's just a game."

"No, their preferred sadistic tendencies differ." Come on. It wasn't as if I'd ever had a /positive/ experience with one of their ilk. Somehow, though, the way she phrased it made me feel terrible. "...I'm sorry. He's your friend, obviously you trust him, I shouldn't...." This is why Clarenz wanted me to stay away from her, probably. Because I'm so close-minded. But how am I to blame for having traumatic memories of every single devil I've ever met?
