....whew. Ehem. "Good. Well, uh....see you tomorrow?" When she took me, he gave her hand a light squeeze. Apparently it just felt right. Then he went to the door, waved, and left.

When he got home, I can only assume that he passed out with a smile on his face. He's sweet, but predictable.

"Yes, See you tomorrow." She felt the squeeze, a small smile appeared on her face. She waved back and once the door was closed, she set Seculus on the the arm on the couch before relaxing and falling asleep herself.

I leaned back against the cushion and watched her sleep. That had gone pretty well, if I do say so myself. Sure, her legs were broken and Zane was unconscious in a cabin in the woods with Spyders, but other than that. At least they had accomplished /something/ over the course of this completely chaotic day.

" Terezi cher, pourriez-vous venir ici , se il vous plaît ?" A woman called from the drawing room.

A younger, slightly shorter Terezi exited her bedroom. She was no more than 16 in this memory, and was certainly human.

She entered the drawing room gracefully, and immediately saw an unfamiliar blonde male standing with her mother.

"Terezi, c'est Spyders." The older woman responded. "Il est notre nouveau domestique.

She came forward and held out her hand. "Ravi de vous rencontrer , monsieur."

The male bowed and kissed her hand. "Non non, le plaisir est pour moi." His amethyst eyes gazed upon her. Something about him seemed unreal, and she wasn't sure it was something to be feared.

"Terezi, se il vous plaît assurez-vous qu'il sait cette maison de haut en bas." Terezi's mother spoke up before leaving the room.

"Je le ferai, mère." She called as her parent left, then turned to Spyders. "Serons-nous allons , alors?"

"Oui. Avant que nous faisons, attraper cette." He tossed something behind him as he faced the window.

With haste, she moved and jumped, catching the item in the air. She looked down to examine the contents. A simple pebble. Nothing more. Weird.

Terezi awoke some time later. The pain in her legs not as significant as before. She rolled over. Yep, they weren't fully healed yet, but it was a tolerable pain.

I was about the closest to sleeping as I could be, curled up by the pillow in a sort of daze. I really had been here far too long, but I just couldn't stand the thought of going back. At least here I could move and talk to people, even if it probably would lead to the inevitable loss of my sanity. Was it worth it? Who knows. To me, I think it was. Others might disagree, but they've grown accustomed to centuries of isolation. I've only been here for a few decades or so and I don't think I'll ever come to enjoy being cut off from the world.

Terezi stood up, hands on the couch to support herself. It probably wasn't the best thing to do, but it was worth a shot. Well, she made it a couple steps before dropping to her knees again. Nope, still terrible.

At the thud I slowly sat up. "....don't do that, dear, just keep resting." My speech was slightly slurred, from what, I'm not sure. "You've only been sleeping a few hours..."
