Satan stopped at a door. "Make sure to watch where you walk." Then opened the door.

Behind the door was a large contrast of color. Miles and miles of lush open fields. Filled with life and greenery everywhere. All of it alive and well. A gentle breeze blew through the garden, and the small vines curled and moved with the wind, each plant interacting with a life of its own.

I stopped just before the doorway and stared. I could stay here forever. Maybe nature isn't...always so bad. It was so peaceful. I almost didn't want to disrupt it.

Lance took a step outside. "Coming?" He asked Madison.

"...sure." I stepped into the field, wincing as I left a footprint of flattened foliage. "Is everything we need in here?"

As he stepped, each little plant moved to accommodate him. "Yes. Everything. It's this way." As Lance moved, the ground parted almost like the Red Sea for him.
