Sec came first because he got home and we had the chance. I'm glad he reacted well, but....now I have to talk to Ren. Ivory's downstairs, I have my thumb over the call button in my pocket just in case.

"Ren, you need to stay calm while I explain this, okay?"

"Why wouldn't I be calm?"

"Do I need to give you a recap of the last conversation like this we had?"

I took a deep breath, trying not to speak hurriedly and sound like it was /completely/ wrong. "...Ivory and I got drunk, and we had sex. Once we were sober..." ...well, we were, technically... "....we had a conversation about it, and she told me she loves me. ....the way I love her. We aren't sure what to do with it, or if it'll actually become anything, but we're getting everyone's permission in case we do decide to make it something."

"...who'd you ask already?" They were chewing on their lip, trying not to focus on the...every other part.

"Seculus, because he got home during the hangover, but we'd planned on going to you first thing. The sex was unintentional, but it brought up the feelings we had, and...at the time, it didn't mean anything. There's no way I'm going to steal her attention from you, or that I'm trying to be better than you in any way. It'll be the same as it is with Seculus and Zane, and Seculus can make sure I don't hurt her or go beyond her boundaries."

....we weren't hiding it from them this time.....which was already better. Now they knew what was going on right away. They were a little less insecure about...they were insecure about...?.....their relationship with Ivory, so if they didn't like it later they could talk to her. "...I....okay...I guess. For now. Since you don't really know..."

"...thanks. You can talk to Ivory about it right now if you want." I pulled my hand away from my phone, feeling a little safer.

After that, Ivory and I went down to Zane's basement room to talk to him next. Apparently he'd been the most understanding last time, so this should be easier. He was on his computer, talking to Jackson about Cale. I had no idea why, though. "Zane, could we talk to you for a minute?" "Is it important?" "Yes." "Okay. I will call you back." He hung up the call and closed his computer, looking at us. "So what do you need to tell me?"
