"....but he says I can't be near you right now if I don't want her to kill you," she said with lips pouted. "So I'll see you when everything's good, sweetie!" With a peck on the cheek she let go and disappeared back into the shadows. Tassek fell to the ground but caught himself with his arms behind him and sat there for a while, shaking.

Huh, Why was she so beat up Terezi? Clearly she did have anything to with it. Totally not her fault this happened. "Yes, but why would he, is the questions." Terezi pointed out as she leaned against the wall. "He has a hard time with me, so why would he tack on another problem and make the bond between him and I weaker than it already is."

As if he didn't already. Zane told him the details and he returned to his apartment, head spinning. What now? Well, he obviously couldn't accept the offer in the letter anymore. Haha, how ridiculous, that was still his main concern? But the letter /did/ have her number on it. That might be helpful at a later date.

Unfortunately, he couldn't stay there forever, however much he wanted to. Poor dear. So he got up and out, taking the last of his money from tutoring sessions. If he intended to drop them entirely, which was only half-likely, he would need to find some other way to earn a living. There was always that paper route.

Once he had food, he wondered what to do next. Lizzy had said she was going to try and kill Terezi. That might be a good thing for her to know. No matter how scared he was to see her right now, she had to be warned about the homicidal vampire.

And that was how the darling found himself outside her apartment. Again. With a bag of groceries. Again. This was quite the common scenario. For some reason preparing to run, he knocked.

Once again, Terezi was pulled out of her sleep with a knock on the door. She sat up and stumbled to it, still somewhat half asleep from before. Though this time, a human had knocked. Tassek? Why would he be here?

She answered the door. "Hey." She greeted simply, her hair still messy from her nap. God, don't fuck this up now.
