If Jack was there, he'd know where I live. He might take them there after me. Ish could defend himself. My wings hurt, but they could fly me to Ivory's alright. Well, I thought they could. They got me halfway before I had to walk on feet sore from the bootless escapades of a few nights ago. Tightly striped bruises were starting to form on my arms and neck, probably everywhere else too, but I'm not checking to find out right now. I kept glancing around me, expecting somebody to jump out and grab me, be it one of the rainbow crew or someone from Ivory's past. Or Beckett. Finally I got there relatively sound and knocked, hugging my arms. After a minute, she answered. "...hey. Sorry to come so late."
