How else could I say it? It was a fairly literal thing to say. "I'm glad. Everything will be fine, see, you just need to trust everyone to help you." I didn't believe the first bit, of course, but there's something to be said for motivation.

"........." Oh dear. I tried to walk slowly for her, my legs being at least five inches longer and all, and raised my gaze to the passing people. It had taken me long enough, but I'd finally grown used to being noticed, at all if not often. Right now, however, I was just part of the crowd, my only standout-ish feature being the white sweater that would be a beacon of sorts just about anywhere. "You're safe here, though. If anyone even tried that, it's too densely populated for them to get away with it."
