He took on a deep breath when his throat was released. He stayed still, whimpering and staring into the couch. When he was put into the kennel, he curled up, trying to stare out the window. It was so bright and not long after he noticed the sun shining directly on him. Dirk would come back soon right? He wouldn't leave him in the sun to get a sunburn and maybe heatstroke right?

He couldnt look at him. He had done so much, even brought him back home, and now he was acting up? did he thing he was privilaged now? He couldnt deal with him. He left him alone for a few hours, having a shower and doing some work on his omputer.

He spent the hours wishing he was close to a fan or an air conditioning vent. He rolled over onto his back with his legs resting on the sides, which was probably a really bad idea. He rolled back over onto his back after he felt the little burning sensation of a sunburn. It didn't hurt now but he was sure it would later.

He came back into the room after a few more hours, the sun was starting to set and he had calmed down. He looked down into the cage, seeing Jake curled up, he still wasnt happy with him. He had hoped jake would be ready to apologize propperly, but he seemed to be asleep.

He had fallen asleep curled up on his side. After hours of laying he couldn't do much else. He shifted every now and then, letting out quiet whines.

He sighed and pulled the blanket over the cage. He would deal with him tomorow. Jake had gone and gotten himself burnt, he would need his help again tomorow. Not that he minded of course, but he still wasnt happy with him.

He woke up the next day in.. A blanket? He shifted on the blanket in the kennel and let out a quiet hiss, deciding to stay still. "Dirk?" He mumbled, trying to stay still.

He came out a few minutes later, not having heard the other. He saw he was awake and moved to the cage. "Your awake are you jakey?" he hummed leaning down and unlocking the cage, "ready to come out?"

He nodded his head slowly, shifting on the soft blanket. "Good morning.." He said, staring at the ground.

"C'mon, out we get" he said pulling him out of the cage and into his arms. "How are you feeling today Jakey" he hummed softly, he knew he would probably be in pain.

He tried to stay in the kennel but Dirk obviously wasn't having that. "N-n-ah!" He hissed, sitting somewhat painfully in his arms. "I hurt.." He said, pouting as he looked at the floor.

"Thats because you went and got yourself burnt" he said sighing, like one would looking at a mess a child made. "Lets get you fixed up then" he said laying him on the couch.

He nodded silently and tried to stay still for Dirk. "Ok.." He mumbled, staring at the ceiling because Dirk wasn't happy.

He quickly found some moisturizer and some pain killers before returning. "Do you have something to say to me?" he said patiently as he started to work the moisturizer into his burnt skin.

He tensed up as he started to rub in the lotion. "I-I'm.. Sorry that I didn't appreciate what you did for me yesterday.." He mumbled looking over at him.

"Mm hmm" he hummed in agreance, "and?" he asked working the lotion into ever inch of his burns. he didnt want his love to peal or anything. It was gonna be a long few weeks for them.

He thought for a moment, flinching away for a second before laying back down. "Uhm.. I love you.." He said, looking up at him.

He sighed again, "I love you too" he said a little frustrated. "You promised me you would be good. you broke your promise" he said makng sure his skin was ok. "you need to not make me mad jake. or it will be worse for you" he said sounding pained.

He nodded and tried to stay still, though the lotion did help. It still hurt though and he didn't want anything to happen to him. "Yes Dirk.."

He finished up and held up his hand, "Open up" he said offering the pain meds. He had a small glass for him to drink along with it. "It will make everything better"

He took the pills and swallowed them before drinking the water. "Thank you Dirk.." He looked over at him before shifting to the side, laying close to the back.

He nodded. "Your going to be staying in the cage untill you can behave yourself again" he said leaning back and stroking the others hair. He needed to be stricter.

He frowned and sighed. "Yes master.." He muttered, that made him happy before why not today. He wasn't looking forward to sleeping in the little kennel.
