A pit formed in his stomach, it felt like he'd collapse at any minute, fall in on himself and turn to dust. He hated this, he felt empty worthless He looked up into his eyes as Dirk lifted his chin. He stayed silent, he didn't want to talk anymore.

He almost frowned. He didn't seem to understand. But maybe it would be easier now that they could be with each other again. Let him remember him, completely. Also help teach him all his skills again. He fell asleep, snuggled with him on the couch. He had a bad dream, everyone hated him and they were all yelling at him. He woke up, sweaty and breathing heavily. Dammit. He stared at the ceiling, calming his breathing down.
